I picked up a few of these in hopes of flipping them for a small profit. However there doesn't seem to be a lot of bidding action, excluding the Lamelos, Lebrons etc.

Today I noticed “recently sold” and “top sales of the week” on the site but not app. It only goes back 10 cards or so but at least it’s something. Was surprised to see how high some prizm nfts have sold for

Where did you see that? And completed sales must be a small fraction of the cards because many do not have bids.

And would be nice to see packwise how many greens and reds have been opened. Not a lot of transparency.

Click on the just the main blockchain tab then scroll all the down past the sold out packs to the bottom of the page. They list 30 in each category

Thanks and where the base prizm sold are the arrow doesn't work but if you grab and hold the end of the last card it scrolls so you see more cards.

Each silver will be /149. Per the description "Each pack will come with 1 Prizm Silver Parallel card numbered 149 and 2 Prizm Base cards numbered 1799."

I figured they would go for $100 a few pages back but I also assumed that they would be 3 silvers per pack.

I was going to try and get signed up and try and get a pack or 3…. but this will straight up be gambling at essentially $40/silver and a 300 card checklist. What are the chances more than 20 players garner a positive return after the first 24 hours? On top of that there will be a million people and bots crashing the site at release, this will be a mess and alienate a lot of the “collector base” 4 releases in.

I’d have no luck at all if it wasn’t for bad luck so I’ll probably sit this out and live vicariously through those that get a pack and this thread, good luck to you all.

Are the only ones really selling well the green/red ones and maybe like the base rookies of lamelo anthony edwards etc? I dont even get offers on my stars like booker lillard

James Wiseman - $35
Lillard - $30
Dirk - $30
Iverson - $15

I thought all of those should have gone for more but looking back, it's a win. Take the profit where/while you can!

That’s 22k packs at a much steeper price, I’m sure the majority of those who want a pack will get one.

These packs are huge gamble, I think the active user base will be hesitant seeing the current market, but it it might bring a lot of new people.

The bottom rung red and green are going for around $50. What does that mean for silver? $5? $49 packs is going to be a money loser for the majority of packs. This pack might kill panini NFTs in its tracks

I think you need to differentiate here a bit. There’s currently still more of a card collector/flipper crowd, so the Stars, Legends and top Rockies going for big money across all parallels and that’ll be the same for silver.

Now on the other hand there’s no market for scrubs and also not for a premium on lower serial numbers, that’s different compared to NBA Topshot.

The challenges could bring some live into it. Though I agree that there need to be some lessons learned now, the marketplace is awful for so many base cards and shows that it also hurts them now that there’s no transparency for sales (actually as expected).
