Same exact dates for me. 17 cards, 10 got 9.5. My grader was absolutely brutal on centering, and super lenient on surface. All 7 of my non 9.5s got 8 or 8.5 on centering when I didn't think they were nearly that bad, while I had surface notes on almost every single card and 14 of the 17 ended up with 9.5s or better on surface. *shrug emoji*

How long were you fellow 30day folks in repository? Im 6 days in there and didn’t know if I should rest my thumbs for a couple days.

It seems only 2 day and 5 day is "almost" guaranteed but anything else is a super huge delay. Never going to use 10 day or above after seeing everyone else experience

I don’t recall the exact number of days because I forced myself to stop checking every 30 minutes, but I want to say it was between 6-8 business days for me.

I have about 40 cards i want to send but its gonna be so costly at the 2 day level.

I just got back 1 card I sent at the 2 day level to see what the experience of submitting was. Now that I got my 1st out of the way, I'm getting to send almost 40

$10 Difference for 1-50 cards and $5 for 50+ cards. Kinda ridiculous the delay between 5 and 10 day.

I had another Beckett 5 day sub and this time they sent an email out that the grading process has begun but no order number showing on my Beckett account on the website. It was Friday July 17 that they sent the email out and charged my credit card. Now it’s Wednesday July 22 and still nothing. Called the representative and they said 5 day service now is up to 8 days and that this delay just started on July 15th due to covid. I asked if they already started the grading process and why the order number is not showing on the website but they said when they have a deadline date, then my order will show up in my account. What a bummer!

Heres what i expected all along.. i emailed them asking why its been almost 5 weeks and ive already been charged but cards arent even logged- so if i pay you $25-30 more ill have my cards by the 6 week est turnaround what a joke

We are sorry for the delay. 10 day order is taking 6 weeks to complete. You can upgrade your order to 5 day or 2 day service. 5 day is taking 7-8 business days and 2 day order is taking 2-3 business days.

Please let us know I you want to get your order upgraded to quicker turn around.

It used to be. They need to rename the service levels to something similar to PSA. I mean, the timing is posted on the website and we all know what we’re getting into (except for people who submit pre-COVID), but just for the pure reason of not having to hear dopes whine about it

why do you feel compelled to defend BGS? i think we can all agree that they need to do better and that a 5-7 week turnaround for a “10 day submission” is inexcusable regardless of what they post on their website.

Same here....My 10 day order was received on June 11....I got the email and was charged on July 6....but nothing since...cards still not logged. All I cared about was having a number of the cards back by the NBA restart. I thought in early June I would be fine...not looking too good now.

My 10 Day was received on May 12 and shipped back on June 24.

Can only imagine how much more they are backed up on 10 day now... Especially since everyone knows 10 day are backed up so they are sending 2 or 5 day orders in which I'm sure further delays 10 day.
