This happened to me as well. I emailed them inquiring about my shipment and they said it appears to have been lost. They quickly shipped a replacement. Worked like a charm!

As long as my governor doesn't shut my county down too I'll be at B&N (half the state has closed any non essential business and as much as I wish to believe a book store is essential, I'm sure the powers that be do not lol)

Thanks for the heads up. I unfortunately ordered one without realizing. I asked B&N to cancel due to this and they refused stating they confirmed with the publisher they are not autopenned (complete BS). Looks like I'll have to return it.

Here is a separate, but related question.

Is there any reason to have a third-party (PSA/DNA) certify the auto? Is the "signed book" sticker good enough to confirm authenticity? (This is for if I decide to move one in a few years).
