Depends on the law in question, but obviously you know more about that than the director of the FBI. Don't get too cocky, though, as Director Comey may well have you beat when it comes to correctly identifying and cataloguing the varying smells associated with the wieners of powerful men. FBI forensics are state of the art, after all.

Straight out of the chief of the fbi's mouth. If you violate a statute, that means you have broken the law.

Thank you. "Potential" is the key word here. They didn't bring a case because they knew they couldn't prove a crime.

Then can someone come do harm someone you love; you know, just because they want. See the stupidity in the argument!

I think it's pretty sad that anyone would vote for someone who violated the very laws they are supposed to be enforcing; whether those laws are right or not. It is not the Presidents job to make the law, but only to enforce it. We have this problem now.

Should be an option to vote for Gary Johnson. Former Sanders supporter here, now voting for Johnson.

Have been an independent for a while now and felt Sanders was the best option to begin with. While I believed in much of what he stood for, I did not share the same sentiment that big government can help everyone and everywhere.

Gary Johnson has policies I certainly don't agree with, but overall I feel like our government needs a bit of a libertarian view for a while. Our government is wayyyy to big in nearly every area from welfare to warfare.

I actually think that Gary Johnson is one candidate who people from all over the political spectrum could get behind if they heard more about him. He's a reasonable guy with reasonable and many commonsense stances.

If he can get to 15% polling and be in the debates, watch out! It will get really interesting after that. Because so many people are desperately looking for anyone besides the two loons that are currently ahead.

Also, so many people so that a third party vote is wasted, but Gary Johnson is on the ballot in every state and independents make up the largest voting block in the country. If he can capture a sizeable chunk, he's going to make things interesting.

Now a vote for the green party candidate (Stein) is a wasted vote since she is in only about 1/2 the states. She has absolutely no shot of winning whatsoever.

So it's one of two things:

1) Hillary knew what she was doing with emails and private severs = wrong (which is bad)
2) Hilary didn't know what she was doing was wrong (which is scary that a cabinet member and probable president of the USA didn't know it was wrong)

Play on words, head in the sand.... They have the evidence, fbi told the doj they don't recommend charges because, in their opinion, there was no ill intent, not because no laws were broken.

can we all just agree with how white that image was from the Paul Ryan selfie?

it's almost like they don't even care about the minority vote.

Ok. Now let's discuss Hillary's involvement with her Son-in-laws hedge fund in Greece. A hedge fund that was bank rolled by Goldman Sachs.

Did the hedge fund invest in Trump University?

Regarding the Greek collapse I love this excerpt the most...

"During 2011, Secretary of State Clinton lobbied the leaders of European governments to bail out the Greek financial system. She advocated imposing austerity measures on Greece—raising taxes, cutting public employee salaries and eliminating social welfare programs—to make the investors holding the debt happy."

Wonder how much debt was owned by US investors. I remember reading somewhere that over 3 billion was held by United States regular Joe investors, whether it was in 401k's or various mutual funds.

So it made a lot of USA citizens happy...is that what you mean ?

Here are a few....

"In April, Eaglevale booked $19 million from a dozen investors. California’s public employee pension fund, CalPERS, reportedly invested $13 million. Goldman Sach’s CEO, Lloyd Blankfein, jumped in with his own money, as did Chelsea Clinton’s former boss, Marc Lasry, who specializes in buying distressed debt."

OK, let's talk about it. Still a better candidate than Trump.

I can say with full confidence that my late father, had he been given the choice between "Donald Trump, Republican presidential nominee" and "in a jar on the mantle," would have gladly taken the jar he currently resides in.

So you admit that Hillary supporting the Greek buyout saved American investors money.

I think she didn't give a damn about the "average joe" investor.

And I find it amusing she was involved in trying to bail out a failed socialist nation.

I recall watching Hillary during one of her speeches back during primaries and looking at the crowd sitting behind her and shaking head how obvious it was that each person seated behind her intentionally placed. A true melting pot (white, black, Asian, Hispanic, cowboy hat, middle eastern, old person, youngster, geek, Greek, so on)

It was so phony looking I can't recall what she even said
