Geez, what are the chances that #0008995279 and #0008995280 got back-to-back black labels on a submission.
Either way, nice card.

Secondly, it is not the refractor that is rare...or even the Pristine 10 that makes it rare, it is the POP 2 for the Black Label that makes it rare and worth the premium. What is the POP on MJ exquisite auto patches out there? Thanks for checking out my card and for your comments. |

enoch47, funny you should mention greening. A few days ago I had received a similar question from someone else.
This was my reply, "jpayne7787...No offense taken, I know what you are looking at and that is just the camera capturing the refractor qualities on the card. There is no "greening" to speak of on this card, highly doubt it would have graded a BGS 10 Pristine let alone qualify for the Black Label being all 10's. They would have dinged it on surface for sure!!!" Hopefully that answers the question. Thanks for checking out my listing! ![]() Joe |

The copy on eBay has the real perfect 10 surface color. If you put the two copies side by side, the green issue is pretty self evident. If you seen a copy of this card in person then you know that the arm and leg part of the card does not have a refractor surface. The reason OP gave for off color is BS. Therefore I will say this...upon comparing the two cards, the one that I have listed does indeed have some discoloration or "greening" as you put it. It is clearly a common issue with these Topps Chrome cards. I am somewhat disappointed to say the least that these cards graded by BGS were not more carefully considered for the Black Label based on what appears to be an issue among collectors. Of the two in existence, mine is clearly the less appealing of the two for those who see "greening" as a flaw in the card, not just something that happens with these Topps Chrome cards. In my opinion, that does not change the fact that it is still a Black Label Pristine 10 (1 of 2 at that), and the value still holds true based on low POP. Thank you again for your input and please try to refrain from saying that anything shady is going on, it was simply an oversight on my part and I apologize to anyone who felt deceived. Semper Fi! |
