nope. I sent him a PM yesterday and haven't heard back from him yet so we'll see...I'll give it a few more days and then I'm opening a case with paypal. hopefully he'll respond soon.

For what it's worth, I've sold many comics to Phanos in the past, and I did go days, sometimes longer without any response from him. I think perhaps with the emergency, he's not had a chance to respond in timely manner and I would hate to think something wrong is going on here as I've only had positive experiences with him, just not speedy responses. How that plays into this, I'm not sure but wanted to let you know from his history with me, this is not uncommon for this member.

so I just heard from him via PM on here just a bit ago so wanted to update everyone. he told me that he does have some stuff going on and also due to his schedule at work isn't able to get to the PO before closing time during the week. he says he's got everything all packed up and will be making a trip to the PO on Saturday to get everything sent out.

so hopefully all's well and he's just running a bit behind

Yea it happens, I had some orders when wife's surgery hit and it took me a couple weeks to get stuff out. Just be patient and vigilant. As long as he is responding to things you should be ok.

I'm not worried in the least guys. Phanos is a standup guy. Bought from him in the past, and will buy from him again, no hesitation. He's going through some stuff, if that isn't obvious. He'll get it to you.
Besides, the man lives in Hawaii!!! The last thing he wants to be doing is sitting inside thumbing through comic books.

Not sure what living in Hawaii has to do with anything????? It's 24 hours a day no matter where you live last time I checked..... I know he has things going on, but living in Hawaii how does that affect the situation. So your saying those that live closer to Hawaii have their books already?? If so can those people confirm! and for the amount of money I sent, having this hang in limbo for almost 2 weeks is scary. If I'm the only one that feels that way than so be it.

He made a separate post saying they would go out on Saturday. He is 5 hours behind as well. I'm EST, and my post office doesn't close until 4pm on Saturdays, which if he sent it at 4pm, that was 9pm last night my time, which was barely 14 hours ago.

Phanos, please get back to these people, before they all die with anxiety.

You have delt with him in the past, good for you, but I havent. Sorry after being part of serious issues from people on these boards and ebay in the past, one would understand. FYI. Most of those not to nice people always start off as seeming to be your best friend as well............

And FYI I have a USPS business account and when any shipment is sent using my address I get an email notification so I can alter the delivery date/time if need be. No such email was received.

Izybone you are too cool for school. Thanks a lot! Hopefully this will show people that I am to be trusted. WOW! Sorry to say I am just now seeing this... And Indy is right, I can be late responding on the board. I live in Hawaii which has a 5 to 6 hour time difference depending on the season and I work 12 hours shifts as an IT Analyst and also.... It's a bit of a character flaw guys sorry.... Which happens to get worse under problems. But I truly like this board and always want to do right by you guys. Thanks to all of you for getting me out of this situation. And hopefully you will enjoy your books as much as I did.
