Fairly common. Pujols and Harper both do it, when they load and shift their weight.

Yes, it was on Thursday night. They ended that inning up 2-1 because then next pitch was a single followed by a Triple with the batter being thrown out at home

Plus the pitcher Elias was pitching his first MLB game..... Oh and I watched it lol
