I think the better question should be, why send your paypal Id to two different people for the same card?

I think he should just cut the card in half and send half to one guy and the other half to the other guy and just charge them $40 each....

Did not lie to anyone. I responded to the pms. They came right after the listing. dbuds did not pm me. his comment is in the thread. it was already sold via the pms before I responded to the listing. Lee and Dbuds are not going to be happy because they did not get the card. I sold it to the person who confirmed the counter offer first. Dbud, your listing asked if trading, not buying, so how would you be lied to. You never pmed me until the card was sold.

He sent me the offer, I accepted his offer and asked for his PP, THEN he confirmed the deal by sending me his PayPal. I paid immediately after receiving his PayPal address. If ND3 accepted the deal first, then OP wouldn't have confirmed and sent me his PayPal afterwards. It was like 20 minutes before he posted that the card was sold to ND3.

Where's ND3? Maybe he has some info that could help get this cleared up.

I confirmed the counter offer within 5 seconds, and you then sent me your PayPal address. The deal was done, you confirmed it, how is that not a done deal? And I paid in under a minute.

Lee--- did you get a refund? this is a vital part of the case you guys are attempting to build against the op.....why are you avoiding the question?

I'm not avoiding it, it really doesn't matter, because I paid via PayPal I can get my money back either way. That's not the point. I'm not making my case based upon a refund. The refund is irrelevant.

Its pretty relevant if you guys are calling him shady getting money from 2 guys....If he was "shady" he would have told you to take a hike and kept your money....sounds like to me that you were to just too slow on the keys. Plus whats the big deal its just Marino, come buy something from me ill give you a deal/

ND3 confirmed the deal at 9:21. I thought I had sent him my paypal. The pm came from Lee7786 at 9:23. I thought it was the same person, so, I responded with my paypal address. That is how two people made the paypal payments. It was my mistake, but, I did sell it to the one who confirmed the offer first ND3 and refunded to Lee7786.

Seems plausible actually. Kinda iffy, but I could see it happening.

Oh I think I know what went on Danielson, I picked up what they call the phone and called the OP and told him to figure out what happend because there is a bunch of people on blowout thinking he robbed them blind. So I do have a clue.

the only way to completely stop these problems is to have it where you post your transactions. this seems to be an on going problem with a lot of people....
