A better title for the thread would have been " RIP card ripped gives me 1/1 Wood, and a 1/1 Wood Pujols!". That's just the way I would of went, lol. Nice hit, congrats.

I think I love reading these forums b/c its gives me the ability to justify going out and dropping hundreds on wax. Then after I drop a few hundred and get nothing I get on ebay, but a Ripken auto for $50 and pretend it came out of the wax I just got nothing out of. Then life is good. One day i'll find a box/case to give me some wood!

I might grab a bunch of crappy cards from my commons box, sharpie 1/1 on it and auction it off as "this is the only one of these cards with blue 1/1 writtin on the front".

I probably shouldn't leave that written there, I may have just given some people a money making idea.

If I were you, I would completely re-do the auction. Just take the bautista out, it's not even in the same stratosphere as the pujols, and just takes up words and confuses. If I were you, I'd re-do the auction as a 10-day (to get full exposure) and JUST have the pujols in it.

Just my opinion.

Some are, some aren't. Leave it to Topps to decide that numbering a 1/1 is arbitrary.

Hey Carrbeaz,

I did some digging along with help from people on forums and found that the high numbered SP's (350-400) are not numbered by tops but the low numbered (1-350) are.

Is your Desmond Jennings a low or high number?

I found it stated somewhere, but really had to dig to find that info, I'll try again today (it's been a few months) and post the link where I saw that if I can find it again easily...

These are easy to find. They're not even numbered. Pretty common, worth maybe 20 bucks.
