Well I remembered I had a direct email of someone at PSA so I contacted them and someone finally got back to me, it sounds like some technical glitch because she's seeing them as "vaulted" on their side which means they should be showing up. She was going to forward the info I sent her to the engineering team.

I had cards sent from grading to the vault on October 22nd. I received an email on November 5th stating the cards are in my vault. I emailed them one to two weeks ago. I haven't heard back, and they are still not in my "Collection" nor "Vaulted" on my account page.

Received an email from customer service 14 days after submitting a request. Coincidentally this was within one day of submitting another request from them, not sure if that sped things up or not, but the customer service response was to my original request.
Thank you for reaching out to PSA Vault Customer Care. My name is Ellaine, and I'll be happy to assist you with this inquiry. I sincerely apologize for this delayed response. We've had an unusually high volume of emails in our queue, and we're working diligently to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it appears that your shipment either did not include your Collector’s ID in the address or it may have been covered or scuffed during transit. Because of this, we were unable to definitively identify your account right away. Please rest assured that your items are being safely stored. In these situations, we add the items to a list alongside similar cases and work through them carefully in the order they were received, ensuring that each is matched correctly before proceeding. To help us expedite this process and accurately locate your items, please provide the following information: The tracking number for your shipment or a copy of the order receipt Confirmation of the Vault ID the item was intended to be shipped to A screenshot of your purchase showing the Cert # (if available) A screenshot of the purchase with payment confirmation A clear image of a government-issued ID for verification purposes Once we receive these details, we’ll proceed with verifying your shipment and updating your account accordingly. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for choosing PSA Vault Have been going back and forth with them a few times this week as they ask for more documentation/detail. It's usually 2-3 days before I hear back from them, and it's always at like 4 in the morning eastern time. They should have all the detail by now but still no update on the cards. We'll wait and see. |

I sent to the PSA Vault after grading (mind you $699 total after upcharge - big card) and it completed on the 10th and still says 'To Vault' or Sending to Vault, item is on its way to the vault on PSA app. This is taking what it looks like 10-15 business days after delivery so Im assuming this wont be ready until December? I reached out and they said long queue but this is way too long.

Has anyone here shipped cards to the PSA Vault from home and NOT from PSA to PSA after grading?
I sent several slabs in to try and take advantage of offers, and they have not shown up in the PSA Vault after arriving there a week ago. |

I sent some recently and they took about two weeks to get processed and officially placed in my vault.

We're coming up on a month since my cards were received. I'm just going to ask them to ship them to me, this is insane.

I’ve been spending a lot of time reviewing the details around the PSA Vault, and I’m close to finalizing everything. Most of my cards will remain in my collection, and the rest can be sold through PSA/eBay. Everything on my end is moving in the right direction — I’m about 85% set up and getting close to 100%. I also understand that the PSA Vault is fully digital and that once the cards enter the Vault. Do you think with me doing PSA Vault will be good?
Before I move forward, I want to make sure we’re aligned on a few remaining concerns: 1. The under-$100 fee structure This is the hesitation for me. The current structure is: Under $100: 13% + $3 flat fee $100–$499: 13% $500–$999: 12% $1,000–$2,499: 10% $2,500–$4,999: 9% $5,000+: 7% My concern is specifically with the $3 flat fee for cards under $100, which is where the majority of cards fall. I understand the explanation — processing, labor, shipping, and providing free storage and insurance — but the $3 fee hits lower-value cards the hardest and makes it difficult for collectors who move a lot of mid-tier inventory. I recently sold a $65 card and received $53.55, meaning the true fee was 17.6% (13% + the $3 flat fee). Without that additional fee, the payout would have been $56.55. I understand the convenience PSA provides vs. doing everything myself at home etc. But I also know I can list and ship those lower-value cards myself without the $3 add-on. I also know many other collectors feel the same way about the under-$100 category. I would appreciate your honest thoughts — both the reasoning behind keeping the fee, and whether there is room to reconsider. If you agree or disagree with keeping the $3 flat fee, I would love to hear the pros and cons from PSA’s perspective. |
