I'll believe the wifi improvements when I see them. It's the same company as the city uses for Soldier Field (the wifi sucks unless you pay up). |

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s pics and videos. I’ll be living this year’s National through your eyes.

They also said they changed corporate move in to Monday which should help by not having the doors open as long on Tuesday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

The first videos of the layout are starting to come out. CardCollector did one last night. While it is extremely early, it looks like it is the same confusing maze as 2023. Not a good sign when even CardCollector has issues trying to find one of his tables. Although maybe he was doing it for schtick
Still kind of curious how the new 10000 number tables are going to be accessed. They are on the 2nd floor with that escalator but away from the grand entrance. Now if I remember general admission had to get through the 2nd floor and this huge area of nothing to enter on the side. Maybe those tables are going to be in that previously empty area in 2023 and they are the first things you see |

card collector 2 didn't have a table last time, he only had a breaking table he was not allowed to sell singles. I lost respect for him when he encouraged people to go to retail stores buy wax and resell to him before he got allocation. |

Getting in early tomorrow and Thursday, thinking I may attack the second floor tomorrow due to the limited amount of hours and then spend Thursday on the main floor...

I'm saving upstairs for Saturday. Tomorrow and Thursday are the best days to navigate the main floor.

They are sold out. You can only buy the general admission tickets online or in person.

Well for people worried about AC you definitely don't have to worry because at times it was really cold
The extra tables on the 2nd floor was a great idea with horrible execution. Basically it is a regular row at the National but with about half the aisle space. Which makes it horrible to deal with at times |

So I've been to 10+ NSCC's and this is BY FAR the largest and most sensory overload, especially in the case breaker area...
And it's only Wednesday.... There's definitely something for everyone, new, vintage, sports, pokemon, graded, ungraded etc etc etc. And while it is definitely the largest variation I've ever been to, it felt like there were a lot of tables I could easily skip cause it wasn't what I was looking for... I was there for a handful of hours today and I probably have 33% of the floor left to roam for the first time...

Did everyone wait an hour to leave the parking garage after the show, I think the payment was broken or something because it wasn't moving for about 40 minutes

The other thing I saw and I assume it isnt fake but whilevl there are more ATM then I remember, the service charge was like $25.
![]() The general admission set up this year was strange. You had to go upstairs to get wrist bands. But the entrance was the regular entrance. So I think you are stuck in the top floor until it opens. Getting your wrist early isnt a great option I think |

Has there been any discussion about expanding the National in terms of number of days? You could make Monday dealer setup day,Tuesday the preview show and Wednesday a full day. It would help in several aspects. It would create an additional day of revenue for the National both in terms of tickets sales and dealer fees.It may also help stretch out the crowd going to different days to help alleviate the huge crowds. It seems to me that fortunately for the hobby it is expanding to the point in several years where only the biggest convention centers in the country will be able to hold all these people. Good problem to have I guess.

I imagine the dealers will get exhausted if they have to stand on their feet for 6-7 straight days and probably won't care for that

Hall G is such a headache with the narrow rows. What were they thinking? Nearly impossible to get down each row. I'd make it down one or two booths and just abort and turn around. Doesn't help that people are just standing around chatting in aisles or they have their big Zion cases blocking a third of the aisle.

Looking for help as a first time attendee. I’m flying in Friday morning with the goal to hit the PSA booth right away as I expect lines. If I buy a 1 day general admission ticket online, upon arrival do I have to go to the 2nd floor for a wristband and then back down as I assume PSA is on the 1st floor? Thanks for any help!

Second floor layout is a freaking joke. Zero interest going back up there.
Other than that the show has been solid. AC works well, wifi has been serviceable. Topps sold out of baseball silver packs before 11am. |
