I felt the same on this. It took me a bit to identify it. Unfortunately I didn’t bid aggressively enough to win it.

I just checked it out, and yeah, that was a nice collection that was just offloaded. One thing that stuck out… I think I was as dialed in to Greene rookies as anyone. But somehow I completely missed this Topps Chrome SP photo variation?! Was this a late release, or a redemption? I feel like I should’ve known about it before, but I’m just now seeing it for the first time.

No love for Rookie Debut issues, I know, but this card has a beautiful throwback/retro look to me especially the gold border. I bought a couple since I collect what I like.

Sorry about the crappy screenshot! Didn't dig mine out!

I hear ya, man! That’s actually one of the reasons I feel everyone should have a non-hobby-stud PC guy. My Jazz collection acts like a guide to help me figure out which cards are worth having or not (not monetary value, just like, what’s actually a cool card to have).

You always bring insight to the conversation here, so I hope you still hang with us bleacher bums a bit.

Agreed on eye4talent. He strikes a rare balance of card and market knowledge without being condescending or smug towards others interests/ card pursuits.
He’s in my upper echelon of blowout members and hope he sticks around.
