The best part of being in Atlantic city is the casinos. If you really need, you can go to the cashiers cage at the casino and take out cash by wire or CC. you preload your CC on your mobile app and and cash advance at the cage.

This advice is questionable at best. Do not preload a credit card (who does that?!) and request a cash advance. Those aren’t free.
