The Finks and Walker are pretty desirable cards as well and look to be in great shape. Without creases those cards could go for $60 or more raw. Here is a beautiful PSA 6 that sold for $87 recently.

Raw collectors of 1950 Bowman are much more prevalent than graded collectors of 1950 Bowman. People would love to buy these cards raw, and, in most instances, you would come up on top without grading them. By slabbing these cards you will limit your buying audience and it will make them more difficult to sell. Grading the HOF rookies would be the safest since there are HOF rookie collectors who want graded.
That Otto Graham I would grade with PSA and try to get into the queue's to get $50 three month grading. SGC is ok as well for the better turnaround time, but you will definitely not see the seem ROI. You would probably break even if you graded the cards you listed with SGC for the $25 to $30 range. The Mac Speedie with the staining I would just keep raw. If the others have no staining and no wrinkles/creasing it would be fine to send them in.
