Guys like Luka prizm psa 10s, I can understand the jumps. But guys who aren’t even playing like Dak to have a significant jumps in a couple days time is mind boggling to me. You have to check these prices almost daily now to make sure you’re priced correctly

Nope, when I sell I get what I am happy with at the time and move onto the next profit. If I dwell on what I might get or try to wait for more I find I usually end up losing more money in the long run.

Sold 50k+ worth of Prizm singles in one lump sum last weekend. All profits, all from a PSA order. This included 20+ Luka PSA 10s. Kept a few myself, but dumped the rest.

Not looking back ........

(though that stash is probably worth 70k now lol)

I've collected cards forever. I've never seen a better time to get some money out of guys that I don't think will be mega stars. Even if they double in value over the next few months, oh well. They might not. The season will be over soon.

To me this is the stuff you want to be selling. If a Carsen Edwards silver pops to like $250 next week just sell. But for blue chip stuff it's so hard to let go of anything.

I sound like a broken record(I post this often) but I'm selling virtually everything. Better to make money and be months out(no chargebacks), than to sell right before it all comes crashing down. Everyone has a threshold that they want to reach. Bold people hold out for more. I'm fine selling right now and fine with what I've made(though I wasn't really trying to make money!).

A lot of people will make a LOT of money during these times. And I predict...haha...a LOT of people will LOSE a LOT of money when it all comes crashing down. I guess the question is, when will that happen? My answer is, who knows? A year? 6 months? 3 years? I'm clueless on that question.

A week or 2 ago, I sold 4 TB Jr. Silver PSA ( 9’s & 10’s)Prizm on here for $300, basically $75-$100 less than eBay (“wanted” funds quick for another card)they basically sold 2 for that amount alone($300) a few days later. That $300 basically covered about 3/4 or 50 raw silvers that I still have, that I bought throughout last year, alone. So I guess I’m good. Still need to send those in through PSA

I’ve been working more for the last couple months due to staffing changes at my church so I just started looking at some prices again last week and that’s when I noticed the crazy climb on players that I don’t think will ever become anything.

I’m taking a day off on Monday and plan on pulling out all of my cards that I could care less about but will get me $5 instead of 50 cents and listing them. Probably listing some other stuff that has climbed but probably won’t be worth near as much in the long term either.

Will be nice to clear some space and make some money off of stuff that would have been difficult to move over the next couple years.

Just sold a Blaster case of 2019 Prizm Basketball i picked up from a auction 6 weeks ago, 2 Cello boxes of 2018/19 and 2 cello boxes of 2019/20 last weekend at a show. Offered the same product a month ago at a show and was told they were not interested at the price i had on the lot. Hence Saturday afternoon and guess by golly gee(lol) now they are interested but the price has moved up significantly. Bought it on the spot. I said TY and stopped by the bank on the way home. Had the same happen with 2019 Prizm Football mega boxes i had at a show 2 weeks ago for 100 a box. Got a text last tuesday to buy all boxes at 150 and blasters for 75. Sold TY This market is crazy. I never look back. Money in the bank is always good money.

I have a BGS 9.5 Lillard Select Silver Prizm RC. Put the RC set together 5-6 years ago and started selling off pieces last year. Remembered I had it a month ago and I think they were around $300. Checked 2 weeks ago maybe $500. After his last couple games 1 sold today for $1500 obo (Couldn't find the true price). Just listed it at $2300 just to see where the market is at.

This is hilarious! I was the one that bought that Luka card from you! I was watching the game and Luka started tearing it up, and I thought to myself..."I better buy one right quick because in a few hours after this game, the card will probably go up $150." And that's exactly what happened, now it's went up like $275 from the time I bought it. Unreal what these prices are doing!

I am wrestling this myself but with sealed wax. Sold a lot of 19-20 Prizm basketball and 2018 Topps Update a month ago only to see it double again. I am still sitting on quite a bit though. Thought the same thing a bubble is happening but then seeing 5 guys at Target or Walmart everytime i go in causes me to think we still may go up a bit.

I think when people start getting frustrated that they cant find anything in stores or preorders will make some lose interest because they cannot make the quick buck anymore flipping. I am selling the few singles I have of some of the marginal players going up quickly.

I have some regrets but then i think of all the product I bought recently from the profits i already made and don’t regret it. For example I have a lot of 2020 Bowman Mega boxes that i bought for $30 now creeping up to $50 all from profits i made selling Prizm.

My only frustration is i cant find all the new offerings anymore like Chronicles so i have to find something new to flip lol. I even looked qt that Magic which i know nothing about. Fiancé needs a new car!

have been feeling the same myself. sitting on about 40 total prizm silver and optic holo MPJs not to mention blues, galactics, gold contenders cracked ice, 1/1s, that i bought so cheap but the ceiling is so damn high. Idk if im being greedy at this point or stupid? or smart?
