Man, that’s nice. I might have to pay either you or Mouschi for a physical copy. Stunning!

My choice would be for a 2011 Topps Marquee Museum Edition Gold Frame Mike Trout auto. Considering he had autos in products from two previous years and the number of prospects in the set, he could have easily been included. It would be terrifyingly difficult to add to my set, but hopefully I'd have bought one when it was cheap.

And all the usual vintage victims of the exclusivity wars and other non-entities. Musial in all 50s Topps and Bowman sets, Joe DiMaggio in 1951 Bowman and, why not, 1952 Topps and Bowman, Mantle in 54 Topps, Williams in all 50s Topps and Bowman, etc.

Okay, just cooked this one up. I hate the HOF rookies that don't have their own cards.

Ok so who has the ability to mock up and physically create some cards that don't exist but I would love to have? I've had some really cool ideas of customs for awhile but don't know who has the ability to make them into reality. Happy to pay for them

A Mays/McCovey dual autograph....Topps is criminally negligent for never doing one.
A Posey/Bumgarner dual autograph

1954 Topps Clemente, Koufax, Mantle, & Musial cards

Frank also didn’t get an Upper Deck card, which I find odd.

Frank expressed his opinion on that decision once they finally made a card of him...

Always hated the Rose rookie with the stupid little tiny faces. This one is better:

Thread winner!

A lot of the rookie type cards were not made because they were not the stars yet that they turned out to be. Why one company chose to add (or exclude) a player when others did was probably a calculated risk either way.

However, very few tribute cards were made and this card, especially as cool as it looks, would have been mind blowing in 1980. Munson's last actual card was a turd and this would have been a great way to acknowledge his untimely death and chance history by not having his last card be that ugly 79T.

I'll add my modern card I-wish-they-made-that list:

1) 1993 Topps Finest Derek Jeter (the Refractor would be well over $100,000 in high grade).
2) 1997 Metal Universe PMGs for baseball. Why did football and basketball get PMGs but not baseball!? I can only imagine what the Griffey, Jeter, and Frank Thomas Green PMGs /10 would bring today.
3) 2011 Bowman Chrome Mike Trout RC autograph plus colors. Great design on this set. A backdoor proof exists and is gorgeous.

A lot of these have been made and can be found on EBay.

1952 Topps Ted Williams was done by ETopps. Several other EBay sellers have done nice customs.

1954 Mantle was done by Bob Lemke.
1955 Mantle & Musial were done as special Topps Heritage cards for the National, as was the 1956 Brooks Robinson.

The 1967 Ryan & 1968 Reggie both are autos in Heritage.

A couple people beat me to it, but having a Jeter 1993 Finest Refractor would be amazing. Easy $100k+ in PSA 10.

Would also love PMGs to be in baseball in 97. The green ones would be fun to watch at auction.

About 5 years ago, I made this and had Nolan sign it.

A Ken Griffey Jr Gold Rc. Maybe 2011? Maybe a cognac? Diamond Anniversary? Wait, where’s Mouschi?
