Some more highlights back from this set. The Connie Hawkins is a beast of a card. Just a sweet card. Also included is some recent raw cards we got in that we sent off for grading as well. Thanks for looking!

Send that Lew alcindor back in of course for the bump. Would be a healthy increase and well worth the review price.

I have never done this before. They will just review it, in its holder? And then if they think it is worthy of a bump they will crack and re-slab?

Yes, it's called a review submission. You request a min grade of a 6.5 and if they feel it's worth higher than a 6, they crack it and reholder with the new flip. I was 3 for 5 on reviews the only time I've tried.

Appreciate the nice comments everyone!

Is this review the same price as an actual submission? I'm guessing PSA takes my money regardless if they bump it or not?

Thanks! Yea I was very pleased with the Hawk. Can't decide to break up and sell individually or keep the set together. There is some others in the set that look really good. So not sure. Will always take offers so pm if you want. thanks!

Plz analyze the Lew and see what is wrong with it. There must be a small dent or crease somewhere for it to get a PSA 7. It looks like a PSA 9 to the eye. Has to be something.... If there isn't, you gotta try to grade it again. Either by reviewing or cracking.

There is a brown, teeny, tiny printing spot in the net on the back, bottom of the card that is visible in my pic. Could that really be it? I've looked it over and it's very clean. It costs roughly $150 a pop here to have this thing graded or reviewed....

Realistically, how many 150 dollar bills does one plunk down to have this thing re-graded/reviewed???

Being that a 7.5 and 8 would be well worth the bumps I would personally try once or twice. And the $150 is the next level or two up. PSA will review this card based on the $45 pricing level (up to $1,999) and the last several sold for near that or less. So shipping both ways added, I still don't believe would be as high as mentioned, but definitely worth the swing to potentially total value of 4.5-5k in an 8. A PSA 7.5 would likely be worth 1-1.5k+ more than the 7, but could end up selling for the 8 pricing since majority in an auction house style setting (PWCC/etc) would assume that card could bump again. Just my personal thoughts.

*To note: If you do land an 8, PSA will likely charge you the next level up instead of the 45 ($95) for the fee. They decide that on the fly and its not a huge huge increase so they may not even do that. Usually it is a card submitted for a $6.00 monthly special that lands the low pop 10, worth 15k where they call you and have to explain you owe them $800 instead of the $6.00. With this being said, I will take that call every day of the week! xD
