No, not all.

But 5 out of 12 teams have closed dome stadiums, and 1 have semi closed dome stadium (between the roof and seats are little bit open).

Softbank Hawk's stadium can open up the roof, but they do it only once/twice in a season due to high electricity cost involved.

Another Shohei Otani video for you all if interested.
This time, batter version.
He hit the walk off single for the team on bottom of 10th inning, putting the Nippon Ham Fighters back on track of the Nippon Series (still trailing 1-2 in the series).
DHed throughout the game, went 3 for 4. He was also intentionally walked once.

By the way, the starting pitcher for the opposing team Hiroshima Carp was Kuroda who played in Dodgers and Yankees before.
Could have been his final game, as he announced retiring after the Nippon Series.

Here is all of his 5 at bat.
His walk off is at around 7:10 in the video.

He did, and the only other player that have done the same in this Tokyo Dome was Hideki Matsui.
The moment is right around minute into the below video.

Did that ball go through a crease in the roof and disappear? Seriously, that's crazy high up there

I am very excited for this guy to make it to the US

It did, not only did it hit the ceiling, it went into that crease lol
As per the official rules, balls hitting the ceiling is counted as 2 base hit, but it would obviously have been a home run if that roof wasn't there.
Damn those stupid Japanese dome stadiums
