Yawn number 20, now 20 hr and 50 rbi through 61 games.
Hit the ball 114 mph and 408 feet
We want guys who catch the ball in the outfield, homeruns are boring!

Good thing Leury Garcia hadn't rounded 3rd by the time Yordan let go of the ball in shallow left field. His teammates were laughing at the situation...not his fielding prowess.

He's not even in the Top 5 MVP odds, and he's playing out of his mind right now.

That won't be the case in couple days. MVP futures are always lagging a few days until someone make a big bet(which Im guessing is happening as we speak)

He's also probably playing the field enough to get up into the race.

I'd be content with a top 5 MVP finish. I don't see him finishing in the top 3.

Nailed it! Highest OPS in MLB on the 3rd best team. He's top 3 for AL MVP. Take those 20-1 odds. I did.

This is my new favorite thread!

Also my Yordan collection is going from very sick to very sick. Regardless of any mvp potential run it doesnt change. Love watching this guy play.

Even BBases31 is impressed with how backwards you bent on that one. Because, you know, baseball players never show emotion when a teammate guns down a runner at home for a third out. Also, in case you’re not aware, a runner usually gets thrown out at home because his attempt to score was already high risk when he rounded third.

Default Yordan Alvarez

When you combine “chrome,” “blue,” and “numbered to 75,” it can’t hurt to add to the pile.

That’s a sweet card. Nice to see some SGC representation too.

He's a better left fielder than 1991 Barry Bonds.

That's a pretty clean looking 9 too.

TC Black is a big gap in my Yordan collection... I don't think I have a single one.
