His 2018 BC Refractors are a great buy. Fantastic image, serial numbered RC at a very affordable price.

Yeah a really good looking photo. Definitely better than 2018 Topps Chrome.

These are great… I’m still kicking myself as in 2019 these were not preferred and I kept thinking “I should build a rainbow!”. But I second guessed given the lack of love for Bowman RC.

I learned my lesson: collect what you want. Not what others like

Parallel lesson: Visual appeal matters. The photo used matters.

Thanks man! Just need the Gold PSA 10 now and I’ll have all PSA 10s for the rainbow other than Red and Super.

Quite surprising to see such a big difference, I know Ohtani missed a month but still put up amazing numbers, so did Betts.

.337 with a .416 obp
41 homeruns
73 sb

Acuna scored 149 runs this year!

Aside from Bagwell's 152 runs in 2000 (steroid era where everyone was putting up gaudy numbers)......

.....Acuna's 149 is the most runs scored in a single season since Ted William's 150 in 1949. Before that, it was 151 in 1937 by Joe D..

Here's a thought. Maybe the players think a lot differently about stolen bases and the ability to play multiple positions than what people in these forums do? Multiple people here have tried telling you all that these votes weren't going to be close.

Agreed. Just imagine if he can keep this up for several years in a row.

…I guess the players didn’t look at his dWAR!

IF he can stay healthy, he will join the 300/300 club before he turns 30 by merely going 35/30 for the next 4 seasons. (301/300)

Only 8 other players are in this club. Half of them got in after they turned 36.

Funny/foolish(?) how certain BO posters choose to pick on one specific aspect of Ronnie's game as enough of a reason to overlook the sum total of his entire spectacular/historic season. Seems like them folks are just looking to make themselves look smart with certain data points...when in the end, their arguments are just...rubbish when viewed in the bigger picture of the entire player...or some people just have a ton of time/nothing better to do than to post repeated foolish arguments. So his peers respect his game a lot. I'm sure there will be a few sports writers with MVP votes that will take the position of some of the BO fools too (so they can sell their stories). The funny thing too is that they will not admit they were wrong either...they will choose to die on a hill looking like a fool.

Take his SB’s away and you still have a guy that flat out RAKED at the plate this year. Power/average/OBP/K-Rate etc.

But oh yeah, he did in fact kill it in basically every offensive category while simultaneously leading the league in steals.

Undeniably an amazing season. Excited for more to come.

No one in the 400/400 other than Barry. He’s also in the 500/500.

This is a testament to the exceptionalism of Barry Bonds, pre HR/OBP/PED king as he was going to sail into the 500/500 club without PEDs.
