This was pretty much EXACTLY what I thought he'd turn into in his fully realized form... Except I thought his ceiling was maybe .300 BA and I never imagined in my wildest dreams that his K rate would be sub-12% (or even sub-15% or hell sub-18%). So... Yeah I’m extremely impressed with his average as well, but I was always worried that his ego would be his biggest hurdle or not running balls out a few years back. He’s completely obliterated any of my doubts on them fronts now he’s as good as it gets. If it wasn’t for a once in a century guy in the AL then I would say this kid is the best player in the game. Amazing is right !

I shipped these three Ronnie’s out to PSA for my PC yesterday. Idk if the SSP and ‘21 orange variation will gem but I think the ‘22 orange should/will. They’re pc though so I don’t mind if they 9 I just like my pc to in slabs

Was that a pandemic boom induced peak? If so, it’s not crazy at all. It’s collectors/investors who went crazy during the pandemic.

Still to low compared to other cards/players

For example; other Acuna cards I have many of are Bowman Chrome 1st Blue /150 PSA 10s or Topps Chrome Blue RC /150 PSA 10s and those types of cards stayed the same from the peak or even higher.

While the Sapphire is his best looking/most iconic card

But everyone keeps buying ELLY lol

I got a card signed by Acuna earlier this season when the Braves came to Kansas City. Just got it back from PSA last week, not the best signature from him but it passed. Rooting for him to win NL MVP.

That is what he gave me. I do have his full sig that I got through a send-in paid signing but obviously not the same experience as getting to meet him in person.
