Then again, MJ was on a stacked Bulls team (55-27 without him and barely losing in 7-game semifinals series to a team that barely lost a 7-game NBA finals series) and couldn't win without Pippen.

Was mentioned Lakers are now favorites for Game 3 at home by several points. Seems home court advantage definitely helps.

If I remember correctly, in the Bubble year the Lakers were the #1 seed. And as such, they should have benefited from home court advantage throughout.

However, the playoffs were at Disney Florida. So the Lakers lost what is normally a big advantage.

They won anyway. Impressive.

Brown smacks his hand, so yes, but again why getting defensive when i was pointing out the exaggeration about getting smacked 3 times and hacked his arm off a ball. It's "marginal" contact mostly though.

I'm sure there are probably similar contact instances vs Jokic that you could call. Or heck the Lebron vs Jokic flops were hilarious in a way.

defensive? anyway, no comment about lebron getting hit in the head before the contact across the arm? he was fouled multiple times on the drive and couldnt even get up a shot attempt due to the contact. exaggeration or no exaggeration it should have been an easy call leading to free throws that was missed by the refs. ad was fouled right after and got 2 free throws so in the grand scheme it didnt effect the score. it was poor officiating none the less.

Ok... so he gets called for an offensive foul 1 out of 10 times that he could and you think that's unfair? lol

I'm sorry, but Lakers fans can't complain about unfair officiating. The free throw disparity is common knowledge. I agree with you though on the play you're talking about... Brown fouled him.

and thats the problem with your whataboutism argument. you can just spin it anyway you want. i never said anything about its being unfair lebron was called for offensive fouls. were discussing specifics here. any player past, present, and future will have plays that can be called either way. again, its comical that no one can complain about the lakers and officiating but it was ok for the warriors. so the only legitimate reason the lakers shoot the most free throws is because of conspiracy? thats what youre saying.

I'm not spinning anything lol It's just laughable that Lakers fans could complain over 2,3,4 missed calls in a game when they have gotten the benefit of the whistle by a record margin this season and so far in these playoffs. It's worse than 76ers fans complaining about calls while Embiid and Harden are shooting 15 each lol

I know the Lakers depend on and are used to getting 20 more free throws a game than their opponent, but at least be honest about it and not act like the Lakers are getting shafted.

I'll say again though that that specific play with lebron was a foul on Brown.

I think it's quite clear the refs are biased toward the Nuggets in the last minute of the game.

Game one, first 47 minutes was LAL + 8 FT's but in the last minute it was DEN +4.
Game two, first 47 minutes was LAL +14 FT's but in the last minute, it was DEN +6.

Outrageous.

its the internet. you can literally find someone saying anything youre looking for. me responding to others or pointing out bad calls probably looks like complaining to you but its not. theres a difference between acknowledging something and outright complaining about it. im not posting every game about every little biased thing i see. i just joined a discussion about it. it is what it is. no the lakers arent being shafted, never said they were.

That specific play was definitely a missed call

funny stat. Not sure if someone already mentioned it...

Both Suns and Lakers were winning game 2 on the road against denver by 3 pts until the start of the 4th.

Also both (suns and lakers) were losing big at the end 3qtr of Game 1. Suns losing by 13pts. Lakers losing by 14pts.

Its almost happening the same

L2M Report for Lakers vs. Nuggets: two uncalled defensive three second violations on AD, one uncalled foul on MPJ and one uncalled travel on LeBron (official.nba.com)
So Lakers also won the crunchtime whistles 3-1. Extra funny because of the 3-second call on Murray near the start of the game.

The Nuggets were extra crispy and somehow defeated the ultra villainous Lakers. Despite the dastardly Adam Silver and his army of minions giving it their best effort.

Celts are absolute dog meat when covering over 4 points.

Not sure what Vegas was thinking today. Seems they've disrespected Miami every step of the way this postseason.

He passed one up when one of the celts hit the floor. Heat not missing Herro or Oladipo too much with Strauss, Martin and Gabe on fire.

Gotta wonder if they bring back Herro when he's healthy?

As for Love, gotta love his rebounding and outlook passes. Feeling his vibe, brings a calmness and some strength.

Funny matchup with Grant Williams guarding Lowry. Lowry's gotta do better.
