Because of what this is reporting I would not expect consistent movement. It will be in fits an bursts. A single order could clog things up for weeks. That doesn't mean they're not getting orders finished. It just means the oldest order in the system is stuck.

I'm confused by this. The oldest "Regular" order still in house is from 1/19/21?

I have a Regular order that is still in Assembly, that arrived 9/4/2020 and was entered 10/03/20.

I must be reading something wrong on what the dates mean?

I'm seeing now there is exceptions to the rule if the order has something wrong with it. Maybe up charges of some sort would fit this?

My order just went into Assembly a week or two ago though. Grading not too long before that. So if there is a 'problem' with it, then they know about up charging beforehand and just push it through anyways- just very very slowly.

A couple cards in the order are borderline (nothing major), and went up in value from $200 to maybe $500-800 during this 6 months.

Very confused.

I believe people are confusing Regular and Economy Levels. Regular was declared value up to $1000, Economy was declared value up to $500.

Thank you for this post. I was confusing Regular & Economy. I clicked into the order and saw "Regular" cards and misread the service level.

Mine was Economy. Still on pace.

No problem, I was pretty confident that was case and has happened before in several threads. Plus I believe the levels are described differently when using a group/dealer submitter.

Possible they are only updating this once per week now or maybe they shut down this week for spring break?

Probably more likely that there are some stragglers on those days that arent getting fully complete. CTD, only moves if there are no remaining orders on that particular day. So they could be greatly moving a lot of orders to the finish line while we perceive no movement.

Economy stuck on 9/1 ctd for 12 days now.

I understand how the tracker works and that there could be one order holding the date up. On the other bookend I have an economy entered 9/25 and that hasn’t moved past grading yet. That makes me think there is significant volume holding up the tracker and not just a few straggling orders.

Yeah there’s probably a ton. I’ve seen post Economy orders entered 9/8 or so that are moving. I have some 9/16 entered ones that are still in Grading

I have an economy order that went into QA2 two days ago that was entered on 9/4. I also had an economy order that was entered 9/1 and finished 12/9. Like others have said I’m pretty sure they completely stopped working on economy orders at one point which is why they were able to get the CTD for economy up to 9/1 quickly and there’s been no movement since. They probably only had a few to clear from 9/1 or before and now there left with all the rest.

makes sense. nothing to do but wait, but i’ll say i never would have thought i would have mailed off two Tatis rookies in August and likely be sitting here the following May still waiting for them.

I have used a preferred dealer group submitter for the past 1.5 years, after 12 years of doing it myself. I submitted in August at the equivalent of 20 day level. They logged at the end of September 30th, still in stage 4. I am annoyed because they converted the service level to value instead of regular which I essentially paid for. So 7 months for a “20” day.
