This doesn't exactly fit the parameters of this thread but there is a new Chris Hemsworth film on Netflix called Extraction. Wow! What a pleasant surprise this film was. It's an action film with some heart and some amazing fight scenes.

Up until a few days ago, I had never watched an episode of Community, but I had heard multiple times that it was a good show. I decided it was time to take the plunge, and I love it so far! I enjoy the callbacks and great dialogue. Still have about 100 more episodes to watch and I'm not complaining.

watched this last night. action was good i agree. the ‘heartfelt’ moments felt a bit forced and dragged on too much for my liking.

it felt like at times they weren’t so subtly trying to make the indian actors look like stars lol.

was a solid watch though.

Last night I watched the 10 episode show about the building of the new Raiders stadium on YouTube hosted by Mike Rowe..From the ground up. Each episode is about 15 minutes or so.

I just finished "Dispatches From Elsewhere" a 10 episode series on AMC about a group of people participating in a sort of escape room crossed with a scavenger hunt crossed with mystery theater play.

It was created by Jason Segel ("How I Met Your Mother") based on a documentary from 2012 that was itself based on the experience for the actual thousands who participated in the game.

Definitely worth a look for fans of the unusual.

I especially like NoHo Hank (bald mobster) and Gene Cousineau (acting coach), but really, the whole ensemble is top notch.

Better than I thought it would be. The 10 minute "no cut" action scene was pretty amazing.

My wife and I have been watching “Schitts Creek”. We finished season 5 tonight and each episode has us laughing. 21/22 minute episodes. Easy to knock out quickly.

The show really has a lot of heart to it as well for being a show with characters that are mostly aloof.

We are hesitant to start season 6, because we don’t want it to end.

It's a classic. We went through the same thing. The show only had its finale about 3 weeks ago.
The final season is letter perfect and hits all the right notes.
