Wyatt Sicks no one really cares about them. First show on new network when you are do so much else you are not going to put them out there when they are not moving the needle. Only reason AA was there was just to keep pushing the New Day angle that no one likes them anymore.

I like Hogan (I personally feel most people say vile things behind closed doors so it's unfair to judge the one person who was caught) and I don't expect this crowd to be empathetic but Hogan's racism is why people don't like him...not his support of Trump lol did you guys forget Taker also supported Trump and got a massive reaction, what's that excuse? Hogan began being booed when he got reinstated in WWE and it was rumoured he made an insincere apology to the roster that was more about saving face and people like New Day still aren't huge fans even after said apology.

I enjoyed the show other than Rock being a face all of a sudden and respecting both Cody/Roman unless I missed something. I may have liked Cena's promo the most of everything, classic Cena building hope, seeing as he still does so much make-a-wish I don't see how he doesn't win the title after teasing it like this and saying "Never Give Up". Punk/Rollins wasn't special but it was good, hot take but I think I've enjoyed his AEW run of matches over WWE so far.

Regarding Hogan, I read that part of the sponsorship deal included the WWE getting a minority owner stake in the company. Makes me wonder if there's more appearances planned or if anything gets scrapped.

Let’s hope they scrap it. That Hogan segment was Ronda Rousey bad.

I'd love to see them bring Hogan out again soon in another city if only to illustrate reality to the naysayers claiming this reaction was/is unique to L.A.

It's safe to assume his very public thorns and baggage outweigh legacy status for most modern fans, and really anyone other than the most rose-tinted nostalgia boomer. He's become a pretty distasteful figure. Count me also as someone shocked that execs thought it'd be a good idea to have him on something like this. And hocking some sh!tty beer on top, I mean, get outta here with that.

As I mentioned initially, his reactions have been lukewarm for years now. Not as bad as last night, but not what they would be if he was a good person.

I'm surprised they are using his beer as a sponsor though.

Agree, it wasn't bad just because of the boos. It felt like he was trying so hard to remember his lines

He got booed at Wrestlemania 37 which was in his home state, I can't believe they expected something different now.

It seems like they were setting the stage for him to be on SNME this month, I wonder if those plans have changed.

Regarding the Hogan debacle..

Personally, I don't really care..he is a known liar and embellisher of his "stories"...but I get it, gotta keep his brand/aura etc

As far as being a racist? I have no idea...yes what he said on the tapes where " he got caught" was disgusting; but as someone else pointed out...I'm sure everyone says things they wouldn't want shared to the public. Now, his "remorse" and being apologetic or if he really is racist...no idea..don't know him personally

As far as the..it was political, and comparison to Undertaker..you can't really compare the 2

Sure Undertaker supported Trump...but unless I missed it, Taker just has a "small" podcast...I didn't recall him at a Trump rally front and center ripping his shirt etc etc

So not quite sure that's a good comparison

I think it's a combination of the 2...as was stated his appearances have been getting milder/worse reactions the more they happen AND the location

Anyways..will be interesting to see what happens when the "newness" of the move to Netflix has worn off and no celebrities/legends etc

Personally I think the further away from the debut we get the better the product is going to become. It was very obvious that they were trying way too hard to pull off the biggest show outside of Wrestlemania in history.

I thought the best part of the show was Michael Cole trying to yeet on top of the desk.LOL. I was rolling. It was like Navin from The Jerk finding his rhythm.

Agreed. Last night was more of a celebration of moving to Netflix.

And next week will go back to looking like regular Raw show.

Still Peacock for now. I'd imagine when that deal ends they end up on Netflix.

Oba wins the NXT Title so book Trick in for the Rumble then most likely a main roster debut on SD shortly after. Will he reunite with Carmelo and go after the tag titles or do they feud leading into WM ?

We have another year to go yet unless something changes.

I predict he won’t join up with Melo, in fact the opposite. Melo been salty for months now for not getting the shine he thinks he deserves. I predict Trick comes in and gets that shine, Melo will get jealous, and we’ll get them feuding.

Im more interested in what they do with Roxanne now that she's lost her title. She's way too good to stay in NXT, but at the moment Idk where she'd fit on the main roster. I just hope whenever she gets moved up they give her a good push.

As far as Trick, I'd put him back with Melo, because I think they're both dead in the water if they stay as singles guys.

I knew they'd go big for the first week or two Raw is on Netflix, but Tiffany, Rhea and now Giulia all winning the title within seven days kind of kills the buzz for Tiffany's moment. A Charlotte return could change that though and put focus back on them.

Does it matter? Like Carmelo he will probably get stuck in some feuds that are not even midcard.

Trick seems destined for a comedy gimmick on main roster

Why’s it gotta be R-Truth? Why can’t it be Santino Marella?
