Did anyone catch any stats on his score for third last night? Seemed like he was absolutely FLYING. That was a pretty shallow pop he scored on.

I’d say fast to quite fast

Mitch Moreland to San Diego is a big boost. Hes gonna get the DH at bats vs righties which should help with the lineup quite a bit.

More Tatis directly he may get an extra AB, Run, RBI chance occasionally out of it. Ty France hits vs LHP but Naylor and others were dead outs vs RHP

How’s Moreland been?? Will he be an every day player for them? I know Hos is at first.

He will be the primary DH vs RHP, has a gold glove at 1st base, and has an option for 2021 at 3M.

Nothing huge but he did have a 887OPS vs RHP in 2019 and has a 1.220 OPS vs RHP in 2020. Which in comparison to Naylor/Garcia the last couple weeks is a massive boost

I imagine hes gonna start at DH most of the time and they will use the DH vs Lefties to get France ABs and Tatis/Machado/etc 'Rest' Days. Moreland plays 1B on days Hosmer gets a rest

Yeah i dont think Naylor is done but short season in the playoff hunt Moreland is a true lineup impact right now. going from a 700 OPS at the DH spot vs RHP to 1.200 is a massive boost

Thanks! Was picking these up last winter for next to nothing. Sent a handful to get graded and they are pretty tough. You're right the centering can be pretty bad.
