I just think it's gotten stale. Now him and Swerve, no idea where it goes and I don't know if Swerve will be the one to dethrone Mox. He probably should as he's beloved by the fans and is one of their future long term stars.

Kenny doesn't need the world title and just won the international title last night and I've read rumors that it'll be him vs okada at All In for a unification of the international and Continental titles.

I'd like to see Darby win a world title at some point and he absolutely deserves one for everything he's done in the company but I don't know when he's supposed to be climbing Mt Everest (hopefully he survives)

Osprey if not Swerve I could see being the one to dethrone Mox. He's just so good.

There are a lot of younger guys that should be and will be title holders in the future but probably need to hold the mid card titles first.

It's a good problem for aew to have so many guys and I hope they all get their opportunity at some point.

I respect your opinion on wrestling you have some good knowledge but imo the Kenny thing is dumb on AEW's part. Like Punk isn't in the title picture but he's always in the orbit, he isn't gonna go on an IC title run after Mania, same with Seth. That's my point everyone can't be a contender at once but keep them in orbit basically like they've done with Swerve, even not in the title picture he isn't out winning the mid-card titles nowhere near the main-event. John Cena's US title run has clouded minds I think into believing main eventers with mid-card titles is common or great idea. Imagine Roman wins the North American title lol

Not sure TNA still does this but they should have were the midcard title holder can give up his title to get a shot at the world title. A place like AEW or WWE does this it would give some credit to why a top guy is going after a midcard title.

^^^ I think it was whomever had the X Division Title at a certain point of year could do it... I was also a fan of that idea...

So just read the results and I'm kind of glad I was busy and couldn't attend. Looks like it was a not so good show with the lack of stars.

What "stars" were they missing exactly..

From all things I've seen and read it was an excellent show...minus the main event and clunky ending; and some thought the drinking blood repetitively was dumb

Well..looked like that's where it was heading...but she also attacked Stat and Willow later so...

I think he's talking about last night's dynamite. Pretty much just pre-recorded or in person talking sessions from MJF, Omega, Osprey, Jericho, Timeless Toni Storm, Hangman etc.

I'm guessing TK gave them all the night off of doing anything physical since a lot of people got banged up on the PPV.

It was still a decent dynamite, the matches were good in terms of wrestling but it wasn't a typical episode one usually expects if that makes sense

Sorry I forgot to state it was aew dynamite in Fresno. I would have gone to check it out, since I haven't been to a wrestling show since royal rumble 2005 which was 20 years ago, but they decide to start the show at 4:30 pm. That's just plain dumb.

It has to start then because the show starts at 8 Eastern live on TBS. Before the live portion, Tony Khan comes out to intro the show and then there are a couple of dark matches which is why it starts 30 minutes early.

Yeah that was weird. Guess she just wants some of everyone? And seems like she's aligned with Ford for whatever reason?

That street fight match was a lot better than the match at Revolution. Also that spot with spike credit to Mox for taking that bump

Edge needs to hang it up and go back to Canada. He couldn't even win a match with a baseball bat with spikes.

Intrigued with the Dax bit at the end. Are we finally going to break up FTR and have Dax join Moxley because he now sees they can't be beat ?

Saw the Moxley spot on twitter. Everyone can like what they want to, but I think it's a totally useless and stupid spot. Who enjoys that?

Very similar crowds of people that lived to see original ECW or Attitude Era hardcore matches or street fights

I guess original ECW, definitely not attitude era stuff. Did you like that?

No one with a brain. Moxley is an absolute bum! I've been so down on AEW recently I decided to go back and watch 2 matches I was there for and absolutely loved. 2021 Full Gear MJF vs Darby and Punk vs Eddie. Seeing how great those were again, I can't stand current AEW even more now! It should show you how big of a joke Dave's Dirtsheet is that Ospreay has like 20+ matches the last 2 years rated higher than not 1 but BOTH of those matches! Ospreay's maybe had 4 that were as good or better at the most. Although to be fair, the bum did rate 2 matches higher on Full Gear 2021 alone! I can guarantee you 99% of the people in the building that night thought MJF vs Darby or Punk vs Eddie was the best match on that show.

100% agree. AEW has become a joke. I still attempt to watch Dynamite here and there and PPVs. I won't even get started on the useless wind bag Dave Meltzer.

Moxley the guy with the golden shovel will bury anyone to keep himself on top. Tony seems to think he has to keep running the same 3-4 guys back against Moxley in championship matches. There is a reason why there ratings suck each week. You will keep getting the same hardcore fanbase watching in week in and week out but you are not going to bring any new fans into watching.

I don't watch much AEW, but I keep seeing Megan Bayne pop up in Youtube clips. She's got a good look and presence. What about everything else? Can she wrestle well or cut a good promo? Legit question as I haven't seen her work yet.

We finally heard from her last night, in a video package. She speaks well. And it's official - she will face Storm for the title at Dynasty.

All I can say is she better win, or else this huge push will have been for absolutely nothing.

I want to see a Brock/Cena Summerslam like match.
I want to see her absolutely destroy Toni and beat her in about 2 minutes.
You make her a dominant champion for at least 6 months. If she loses it do it in a multi woman match so she never actually gets pinned.

I think Bayne completely lacks charisma. She obviously has the look and is a solid worker, but she's missing a large piece of the puzzle.

Having Bayne beat Toni Storm for the title right now would be an awful booking decision. Toni has had one successful defense since winning the belt back, and she is easily AEW's hottest act by far.

I think she would benefit from a manager. I think Stokley would be perfect for her.
