It’s really a shame. His hand/forearm is clearly bothering him. He’s only gone 8-23 with 10 RBIs in his last 6 games.

Last night MLB tonight was hyping up Devers. Showed a graph that he’s had the most hard hit balls since 2019 in all of baseball.

I'm still a little pissy that my Rays went home early at the hands of the Red Sox, but I hate the Astros a lot more than I'm sad about the Rays. Hoping for a Red Sox sweep and a 20 HR series for Devers.

Haha! I’m a cheapskate - ever since his prices went up I’ve been unable to justify buying more

Also think over that time he may have most extra base hits and game tying / go ahead runs.

For a time he was also leading in most total bases, but don’t think he’s got that one any longer.

I can relate. There’s a lot of guys I was super early on, bought a lot on the cheap, and now can’t justify their current prices. None of us knew at the time the wonderful collecting world we lived in pre-pandemic.

I need a moratorium on the showing of this card. This was my baby and I needed come funds. It went may below what I thought it would fetch and I even called Golden prior to the auction to pull it. Regardless, it is in a good home, but I beg of you to spare me the pain. Should they win it all, more power to you, but give me a break for a couple weeks at least.

Still kicking myself for giving that kid the Devers home run ball that bounced to me earlier this year. I still think it was the right thing to do (and every normal person in my life is 100% with that). But I still wish I had it lol.

I’d almost like to see him shoot a bunt up that third baseline if they keep shifting on him like that. Looks too easy. Probably isn’t.
