As a Mets fan, this move kept me up at night. I agree that this move puts them over the top(again).

I'm a firm believer in batting your worst hitter in the 8th spot. Albies or Harris should bat 9th or 2nd. I consider the 9th spot as a second leadoff and should be occupied by whichever the two is expected to have the least power and I'm not ready to determine for certain, but Harris has shown more recently by default.

Also I just feel like they'd have a video game-like stat boost just from being adjacent in the lineup (Acuña & Albies).

As long as Ronald bats after Albies I don't care. Albies cant swing fast enough at every single pitch. Ronald wont swipe any bags with that guy hitting behind him.

Albies has had numerous chances in the 2 hole and honestly has not produced. He's better lower in the order.

Very much agree. He's a guy you want to stick in between two RHers at the bottom of the order. Preferably between Murphy and D'Arnaud in the 6-hole.
