Wanted to go higher but just couldn't at this point in time.

Not me, but I was watching it during the extended bidding and wished I had put in a bid during the regular window. Was surprised it didn't go higher.

Hit this today! This is my first Yordan. I think it's really cool that they authenticate where each patch came from. This one is from game 3 and 4 of the 2019 world series!

Tied for mlb league lead in homers consistently hitting the ball 105 to 110 mph

Little story had to get this card for the PC. During covid I had to go to nyc for a family dr appt and it was very stressful but all good now. We got there and I realized we were a couple minutes from the nyc store. I thought maybe they'd have some good stuff. I got there and they had tons of 2020 topps chrome and were giving out the nyc shop limited promos. I was so pumped and got some blasters and hangers and retail and got 3 promos - trout, acuna and bichette Jr rc. Awesome stuff but no yordan. So I went back in for more and they had just sold out of the promos. Well, I decided I needed the yordan graded and fine 9 is good by me, finally added this to the PC and will be a great iconic card during nyc covid.

My 1000 post!

I wasn't sure if I would share Soto, Yordan, or Marco cards for 1000. I collect all 3 pretty evenly. I decided two years ago to focus on 1 hall of famer, 1 super star, and 1 high risk prospect.

Today's two home run game made it an easy decision. Here are some of my favorites from my collection. My goal with Yordan is simple. Collect one of every one of his Topps 2020 cards and have fun following him.

And out of my eye4talent pile.

I love all people in this hobby: those that are in this for the money / flipping only, collecting only, investing, or a hybrid. As long as they have respect for the hobby and others and act ethically. This forum does a good job of bringing everyone together. Hope more people post Yordan cards, even if a 5 dollar purchase we all love to see it.

The Topps Independence Day parallel is my favorite addition to the main set in the past few years. I have a Yordan but it's got a touch of white on a corner, so I've been thinking of upgrading. This showed up when I went looking today. Glowing excitement to crushing disappointment in 1.3 seconds.

Mistakes happen. I don't blame them too much, as the design is the same except for the border color and the serial number on the back. I was more disappointed when I got a 1975 card for my Registry set and found that being marked as a mini prevented me from adding it to my set until I sent it in to get corrected. It's just irritating in this case because it will show up in my search forever, or at least until the seller comes off the $600 price.

Do you think that's currently counting toward the independance pop report. So pop3 is really pop2? My independance is an 8 or 9 if I get it graded. A 10 would be something really special.

One of those 10s is particularly special, numbered 17/76 and sold for about $1k over a year ago. Wished I had jumped on it...

I would assume it does tie into the pop report. When I had my "mini" corrected, it wasn't just printing a new label. They had to do some update in their database, and the pop of the mini went down and the regular went up.
