maybe, but SP autos are in every product from base topps to bowman chrome to whatever
just so happens that so much more of this was made than ever so makes SP really SP

but you never know what might get hit, or how the cases run

Wow, either you got a bad run if cases, or mostly all of the premium rookies are SSP. If this kind of stuff continues to happen, Topps is going to bury the group breakers.

the 20 ssp base autos were posted in this thread earlier in the week by me, those were confirmed to me as being shorter on base than the others (all varying levels though)

This is brutal

Im sure Panini are thrilled with this as it is taking attention off the Flawless scam..... I personally think this massive increase in production and the flow on effects to the hobby are just as bad as the Panini scam.... If collectors knew the make up and print run of this, would they have bought in? Not much different to panini sucking ppl in with "game used"

Agree with this. Very similar to bait and switch checklists Topps used in the past.

Unreal you can buy so many cases and not hit manziel base auto and even If you do it won't go for that much...

That's another thing, it seems to me like a lot of these even started off with low BIN's and arent pulling much at auction. That combined with the # of cases produced is like the perfect storm of poo

exactly, I don't really see the point of trying to false manufacture value with SP's, it doesn't work.........you pretty much have to just load up on content until the bubble pops, going backwards won't work.

I'm confused, hasn't it always been the more rare the card the more it is worth? Everything should equal out and everyone that opens at least one pack should lose money... Isn't this the way is has always been?

He is a fake bidder that has both false +fdbk & is shill bidding up higher end chrome
He had some 13 high bid son my items, who knows how many elsewhere

Nobody's buying it. People will get stuck with their cases and Topps loses in the long run when less preorders come in.

Yep, that's about as close as it gets. Got 3 full sets myself, and got as much as 5 of some cards.
