This is why I am done with grading for awhile. My submissions from now on will be with grading companies that limit submissions and keep their promise of turnaround times. I submitted 5 cards to SGC at $25 and they marked them as received the same day they were delivered. It was so comforting after dealing with the anxiety of PSA that I will now only grade with companies that don't have disclaimers like "Turnaround times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been received."

Economy order sent as Priority and still not marked as received after two weeks (I do expect at least 1-2 weeks more). They've also upped their turnaround estimates: Walk Through - 12 days Express - 30 days Standard - 32 days Economy - 75 days Bulk - 80 days |

I also had an economy order that was exactly 1 day ahead on each of these dates. So they were consistent still at this point. Mine should arrive via fedex on Friday. The bulk is still in received status that arrived with this order. I have a second order that just got dropped off this Monday.

got 2 invoices in my email today for the 7 cards I sent in...4 (with subgrades) on 1 invoice and 3 cards (no subgrades) on the other..
1) since I chose subgrades on some, it looks like it got seperated into 2 orders....but it also looks like they are charging me double shipping and handling fees, since it's now 2 orders??? anyone else have this happen? 2) I signe dup for premium, so i should have a creidt for signing up, does anyone know when that credit gets applied? Thanks, |

2) they contacted me for my card details and I had to call them to confirm. The lady on the phone told me the final amount after subtracting my membership credit so I think they automatically do this on whatever order is up first and so on. |

I have an express that was marked as received 3/30, grades just popped today and it was 100167X. Next shipment was marked as received 4/8 and they're up to order 10021XX

ugh....had a card not charged to be graded on my invoice...
emailed customer service and they said it came back as not gradeable, they said it could have been viewed as trimmed, or even if there are imperfections from the manufacturers that would flag them.... card was pack pulled and thrown into a one touch since 2003 |

Got my first small 9 card order back and they are brutal. Even more so than SGC. I’ve been doing this awhile and feel like I have a handle on what is looked for. I had some razor sharp chrome cards get a 9 on corners and edges, centering that is 60/40 or better get 8.5 etc. I’ll post some pics later. Be careful what you are sending!

I too spent quite a bit of time evaluating centering, corners, surface and edges on front and back before determining whether to submit (for reference about 1 in 7 cards reviewed made the cut). So I am hopeful that they come back with decent grades. I just wonder how certain sets will be treated, like 2020 Topps heritage high number, where the vast majority of all cards have significant print lines. PSA in those instances seemed to give some wiggle for manufacturer defects; will CSG do the same? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Has anybody figured out how to enter base Donruss? For Optic it's easy to enter "Donruss" for the manufacturer and then optic for set name, but if it's regular Donruss what do I put for the set name? I also tried putting Panini for the manufacturer and no option for Donruss set name.

If it's the base Donruss set then I would enter "Donruss" for the manufacturer and "N/A" for the set name. Then when you enter the number, it should auto populate the name as long as CSG has already added the checklist. If not, then you will just enter the card number and name yourself. I checked and if you are speaking of 2020 Donruss, then they have that checklist uploaded. You do the same thing for base Topps S1 and S2 sets.
