2019 Bowman Mega-Let the Hunt Begin!!

There's like 4 big unopened Excel boxes at my target but the manager that's there every time I go is a major douche canoe and never lets me open them. I know they're in there. Probably gonna go in a few minutes before they close and bribe the night manager. Haha

Can anyone confirm whether or not the regular packs in the boxes have any chance at color/autos etc. or are all base?

Anyone seen these in the Seattle area yet? Traveling for work and debating if it's worth the $20+ it'll take me in Ubers there & back to the nearest target out here

Don’t go to the targets in downtown Seattle they don’t carry much for cards at all. Learned that last year

Yea, I already went to one earlier when I was in the area, no card at all. Would be looking to go to one near the Airport as I'm staying right there

Just went by. A super nice employee let me open all 5. Nothing. All Pokemon/magic and some Score football junk.

Haha thanks. I was shocked they weren't in there. Very rare the Excel rep stocks on Thursdays. Almost always Wednesday, surprised to still see them there. Maybe they're in the back. I'll go tomorrow to see if I can score any. I wanna break em this year. Already have a Bowman green Vlad Jr auto on it's way from Topps, would love a mega auto to go with it.

Wound up going after deciding that if they didn’t have the mojo boxes I’d at least buy some regular Bowman for myself to rip. They didn’t have mojo and were sold out of regular Bowman.

Wound up with this $23 orange.

Found 14 at one store, 24 at another. The 24 seems to be a common theme, found an Exell case of 16 and then 8 loose boxes. Got shutout at the 3 other stores but i'm not complaining, 2 for 5. LA area.

Report those in Seattle, only one had 4 boxes. The 5 other zero. One had 7 excellent boxes ready to put out. They let me check them all nothing. I’m thinking these others will get them in Saturday night

Busted 8 mega boxes : the regular packs are exactly that / all base paper and chrome : no inserts or even a hint of them .

What part of LA? Went searching in my area with no hits. The card displays weren’t even fixed leads me to believe the rep hasn’t visited yet.

I don't think I've seen an answer for this. Last year was fun when we showed a picture of the box to a random employee and they looked in the back to bring out the whole display.

Sounds like this year it's actual through Excell, so just like any of the "normal" product.

Not sure why people ask if it's near the toy section or in the card section like it's a standard. I think the rep just typically puts it where there is room.

Agreed. Reminds me of the Donruss Optic NBA Mega Boxes where youre hoping to pull some type of Luka to save face but end up breaking a dud. I'll still pick up as much as I can one time but after that I'll probably go back to regular Bowman.

Hard to see the numbering, but 03/25 under the Bowman Chrome logo.

He's a collector and rarely sells... but once he sees the prices on these, I think he's going to fund a lot of his Want List with a sale...

Not gonna lie, I'm heads or tails on the "1st Bowman"/sticker auto/variation image for Wander... it's fun for sure! Scarcity may drive values up, but it might also be adverse.

If there is no card section you may want to check the electronics area as a lot of targets have moved the card section to that area. Also this year its looking for like these are gonna be mainly in the card section. I don't think they are coming in displays this year (not 100 percent sure) but what I have seen so far looks like regular card section.
