You can look at completed listings to see if the value you are giving is less than or greater than what you are getting. The high numbe base will be easier to sell for a premium since so many are trying to collect than there are sets available. I would hold onto the high number base... It will likely always be in demand. The nonnumbered stuff will never sell for the same premium.

Thanks for the advice. I actually have the surfer base /99 and was considering trying to do the gold foil tier 4 achievement. So wanted to see if me offering a base /99 for two tier 4 gold sigs would be considered crazy

No, it wouldn't be crazy. And the value of the cards on the e-packs site may be slightly different than on ebay and/or COMC, because of the achievement cards you can earn. If you are close to completing the gold foil tier 4 achievement, then trading a regular base for 2 gold foil is probably a good trade. Although it depends somewhat on the characters involved.

Looks like a High Number Canvas set of 91-100 has settled in at about $40-45 now, and I'm interested in one of those sets.

I can do Spectra Gem #1 (Wolvie/Sabretooth) for a set as it goes for about the same, $40-45.

Or, I can do a Spectra Gem #2 (Colossus/Juggernaut) plus a Holofoil Speckle Cyclops since that combo also seems to be around $45 (maybe closer to $50, but I'd like to keep the Wolvie/Sabretooth, if I could, so I wanted to make this second option a little more enticing).

I've got 4 MM Epic Purples (#'d to 199, like all of them) to trade for the following MM base cards 66, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, 78, and 80 which I believe are numbered to 999. Can do 1 purple for any 3 of the above base cards. "What Ifs" of the same cards (instead of the base, not both versions) would also be welcome. I think those are numbered to 499, so I can do a little better on the trade value for you on those.

Also have, from Alien, a Ricco Ross autograph and around 10 various actual cards (foil/chase) for the same MM base cards listed above, if you'd prefer.

I think a lot more of the lower levels were produced than people were anticipating. The high level variations seem to sell for a lot though. The fact that the characters on the low levels aren't really heavily collected also affects their demand somewhat.

Still nice looking cards! I wonder what types of achievement cards UD will make for the upcoming Marvel Gems set? That one also will likely be heavily collected.
