Called Topps CS this morning. Said I was 35th in line but I connected in about 5 minutes. Guy on the phone was really nice. Told him the issue, he did something on his end and I was able to checkout immediately.
I know we rag on Topps alot (rightfully so) but their customer service has improved so much over the last couple of years. |

so those get error page (include me) seems get kick out from membership list for no reason. After chat with CS, they said moved my account into the club. Then the link worked. damn....

Got someone over chat through their website in about half an hour, started at 117 in queue and was at 61 when someone messaged me, so who knows.
She just asked me to try again, which I did, and it worked, so I assume she did something, though she wouldn't tell me what the issue was. |

Same experience here, contacted online chat (took about an hour) and they did something on the backend which allowed me to renew easily.
