The good news: the game is in KC, where the Chiefs are 4-1. Only loss was to the Eagles week 2 without Rice and Worthy, which can't be called a terrible performance.

If they come out and dominate the Colts Sunday, I think they will be fine.
On the other hand, if they lose Sunday, they are in some serious trouble. I really think we are going to see a good performance, especially from the defense, with a 10+ point win. For as good as Danny Dimes has been, I see him struggling this Sunday. If the defense can contain the run game, they will be fine against Jones. You heard it here first!!!!!!!! There are lots of great cards from 18/19. I think I have read on here, when the RC costs two much there will always be a market for 2nd year cards. |

One thing the Chiefs have going for them down the stretch is that they are relatively healthy. Lots of other teams have guys out for the season or extended amounts of time. Look at Sam Laporta, out of nowhere he's out for the year. Just like that. Outside of an obvious season ender like Rice's injury last year, the Chiefs seem to avoid major injuries to key players. Mahomes seems to be in every game. Kelce seems to be in every game. Chris Jones is practically in every game. The only key guy missing time out of nowhere this year has been Simmons but that was non injury related. Yes Worthy missed time but it was an obvious injury that everybody could tell was going to be bad enough to miss games. Lots of these other teams have guys going down left and right without any obvious play leading to their injuries.
So if you're holding out hope, the Chiefs having titanium built players appears to offer some optimism down the stretch.

I agree, I love the rare stuff. That's one of the coolest cards I've seen posted here in a long time. Love the 5 rare patches/tags that it has, all on one card. To own a 1/1 of Mahomes from any year is an awesome thing.

One of the cards I sold was his Donruss Optic The Rookies. I literally got that card for free, and didn't really care much about it. And if I ever decide in the future that I can't live without one, there are a dozen to choose from on eBay every day of the week. The other card I sold was his Select XRC. The only reason why I could get myself to sell that one was because I also have the Tie Dye, and in better condition. It would be very difficult for me to part ways with most of the rest of my Patty collection. Although most of my cards aren't from the most valuable sets, many of them are extremely rare and would be pretty impossible to get back. Plus I bought most of my cards because I really like them, with no intentions of just flipping them. I am definitely in it for the long haul, but there are a few of the more common cards I have that I might also sell to continue to put towards that auto. Even if Mahomes were to never make it back to another Super Bowl (which I doubt will be the case), I would hope that his prices won't ever totally crash after all he has already accomplished. |

It's do or die today for the Chiefs season. Still find it hard to believe they are in this situation...
