I mean record for Orange Finest Autos. Sorry i'm just looking at this from my invested perspective. I care about the Gold's obviously and the Reds but I'm mostly focused on the Oranges.

The BGS 9.5/10 orange sold for $6,350. That's a huge difference these two specific sales

I may be off my rocker but I think PSA 9 golds are one of the best values going right now. Huge difference in price between 9s and 10s. Everyone is chasing the 10s because they are so rare so they bypass the 9s. The 9s have hardly moved at all. I assume that will change at some point.

Agreed. I'm guessing whoever bought the PSA must have some deep pockets and not be too price-conscious. I know people prefer PSA and all, but can you imagine spending an extra $9K on the same card? Brutal.

What a wild ride collecting Trout is. New highs all over the place and still being partially stuck in last years pricing makes for some frustrating last second bids. Good thing my pay to play motivation was higher last year. Congrats to all the new pickups for everyone tonight!

BGS 9: $7,800 (3/31/19)
PSA 9: $8,477 (tonight 4/15/19)
BGS 9.5: $11,300 (3 days 20 hours left in auction)
PSA 10: $25,000 OBO accepted, not sure what it really sold for(3/22/19)

Just got this one in on a trade about 2 weeks ago. POP 24. Another sold for $1700+, and another for $2000. With it's silly low population, this can only go up, right?

The premium for the 2011 Finest jersey numbered Trout was wild high. It basically doubled what the normal price for a regular one would go for. I didn't even bother bidding on that one and lost the other ones. Still have my eye on the 2013 heritage jersey number that ends tomorrow night.

I would think as long as the Update goes up or stays at a plateau that this would do the same but with a minor multiplier. I have one myself that I got years ago and I've owned another. Then a couple of the BGS 9's as well.

I don't believe the finest rc auto sales. Less than 2 months ago I couldn't move a PSA 10 gold for $7,000, now orange psa 10s are over double that?

Gold PSA 10 ended at $14,200 last night. So Orange/99 PSA 10 and Gold/75 PSA 10 both sold for pretty much the same price ($14K). One of the reason (according to Court) for this and also for the huge price difference between Orange BGS 9.5 and PSA 10 could be due to low pop numbers (only two orange PSA 10's exist as opposed to 6 Gold PSA 10's). I have a feeling that we will be seeing an increase in Orange crossover attempts (BGS 9.5 to PSA 10) going forward due to the recent PSA 10 sale price of $14K. This may result in the Orange PSA 10 pop numbers going up slightly.

EDIT: If the Gold PSA 10 sale price is $14K, what is the current value of BGS 9.5?
