Yea, I agree. My Pujols set came in a while ago it feels like lol. I can see them holding back Ichiro though, and I don't have a problem with that at all.

Ideally, I think that's what they should do. Obviously, they've been able to print some decent cards on the current stock. But they aren't asking me.

Topps still hasn't replied to my emails about damaged Acuna's over a week ago. I have sent 2 now.
Do I dispute the charge with my credit card? I have never had this happen before. |

Relax. I know it’s frustrating. They’re working on it. It’s not a slight on you. It’s going to be for the better. It’s going to take longer than anyone would like but what we want is quality. Trust the process.

I have found that calling is the best option for me. I, too, waited more than 10 days with no response to my emails about the damaged Acuna cards. I called today, waited only about two minutes, got the best customer service person I've ever had and had what I hope is a resolution by the end of the day. She even called me back a few hours later with the resolution. I might never get her again but for one day at least, everything was ok.
