AJ Brown is clearly a playmaker and a #1 WR on this team or any other.
Smith is a decent #2
Goedert is a more than capable TE
And we all saw what Barkley can do.
AND they have a good O line

Stick Hurts on the Titans, and watch how God awful he is with that terrible O line and lack of weapons

Now you can enlighten us as to what mystery player has the stats you posted, but again, I am talking about Hurts in this specific thread about Hurts
You're talking a 5-game sample size for a player that's been to 2 of the last 3 Super Bowls, including a win.

My 6-game sample-size is Tom Brady in 2006...

My point is that it's a small sample size of games for a QB that's been to multiple Super Bowls.

There's a reason that NFL front office people and coaches are in the positions they're in and the fans are just fans. Overreaction based on small sample sizes is good for noone.

But what if those fans are from rural PA?

I just think if we’re comparing one game for Tanner.

We can also compare the two games in the literal Super Bowl. Super Bowl 57 without Barkley. Jalen had his best game as a pro and set a Super Bowl record for yards and tied for touchdowns. Then two years later broke the record again and won mvp

It’s 1.5 games but I get it it’s small sample size.
But to see what he did with the number twos against a starting D is compelling. He carved them up. He’s got a better arm than Hurts and gets rid of the ball faster and I’m betting he reads defense better. The only thing you don’t get with him is running.

In preseason (and yes I know it’s pre season) he’s been fantastic. This preseason the Bengals D played their starters(and yes I know they suck) and once again with number twos, McKee was 20/25 for 257 yards and three TDs.
McKee looks great with number two against other teams starters. Hurts doesn’t look good with the number one offense. I want to see what McKee can do with the number ones

There is no way on God’s Green earth that Philly should or will lose to the Raiders this week at home. But if somehow, the Raiders win in Philly and Hurts looks like booty again Philly will implode. Fans will go nuts.

My gut tells me Barkley may get 30 carries just to take the ball out of Hurts hands. Raiders run a lot of zone and Hurts struggles against that. Raiders aren’t going to lay down. They gave the Broncos alll they could handle. They beat the Patriots. The Jags beat them by a point. And I think Pickett is actually an improvement. I don’t think this is going to be a 34-0 game, and if Raiders are smart they put 8 in the box and force Hurts to win with his arm

Dallas Goedert 1/5/25 vs Giants. 6 targets, 4 catches for 55 yards.

A number of OL starters played as well NN.

Yes all backups vs all starters.

Are we still pretending Mackie is going to magically take over and make the offense explode. The only scenario in which he plays is if Hurts is hurt. You don't bench a QB that has gotten you to two Super Bowls. Mackie would likely struggle and have to go through rookie growing pains. You don't do that through a stretch run. That kind of change would be done in the off season. Eagles will beat the Raiders and things will be fine again in the short term.

ESPN (Jeremy Fowler) reporting yesterday that sources around the league believe the Eagles will be drafting a QB as early as day 2 in 2026 to compete with Hurts.
