I just got the notification to ask if I want to wait another 120 days for Luka 21-22 Select Signature or request replacement. I called and got through. They told me I didn't have to choose and that it'll stay in the system that I'd like to wait. Said he'll be signing again in September. I still don't get why he didn't do all the 21-22 Select at one time

you're going to be waiting a lot longer cuz he doesn't seem to be signing any more. I have a bunch of Curry and Giannis still in the system and asked them to just give me some more high end Curry when they have some

Oh man I hope he is signing again soon. I know it’s not nearly as long as others but I’ve been patiently waiting for a year and a half

The person I spoke to said September. So we'll see. I haven't been waiting as long as you. I sent mine in December '22. But it's Tie Dye /25 and I want it!!!!

I actually got someone from Panini CS on the phone and got a few NBA Prizm Sparkle packs instead of waiting longer for a Jarred Kelenic.

Looks like they go for decent $$ online so I’m good

Does anyone have a contact email or phone number that actually gets a response? I have emailed and called countless times with messages just to be ignored on all attempts. It's a little ridiculous.

they won't respond to those emails, that's just being super obnoxious sending to someone's personal inbox anyway. they answer the customer service line all the time now, I've gone straight through on my last few calls and others have said the same.

They responded to my emails. Just sayin'. It's super obnoxious to make paying customers go through pure insanity to get their cards. The guy said he has tried to call and email several times and had no success, so just because *you* have had them answer your last few calls doesn't mean *everyone* is having success.

they answered your emails in 2022. they shut down some of the email addresses because they didn't like being harassed and have added customer service reps since then, and many have posted stories of getting through easily. maybe he's using old / wrong contact information because he's getting information from dead blowout threads.

Flooding individual employees' inboxes because you're mad at the company they work for is some next-level Karen behavior.

Next level Karen behavior is paying money for a card, and then waiting years to finally get it.

It would be like going to WalMart to buy a new television, getting the box home only to find a voucher inside for the television, and having to wait three years to get that television. Yeah, I can fully understand why someone would be upset and flood some emails about it.

You must be one of those Panini employees who is getting their email flooded for not doing the job. lol

Called Panini this morning and was able to speak with someone relatively easily.

Merged two of my low-end redemption tickets (worth $5 each) that were open for over two years and was able to get a sparkle basketball pack as a replacement! They sell for about $60 on eBay, so I'm extremely happy with the outcome.

Just got notification my two replacements (Cole Anthony Optic Blue RR /49 and Travon Walker RPA) are sent.

Wonder if they'll send sparkle packs or a couple of $1 autos

A month later both redemptions were replaced well above value.

Can't complain, as my redemptions were worth a combined $10. Hamidou is also a Queens native, so I'll take it.

Got tired of waiting and called today. Got a person on the phone in less than two minutes. Super nice and punctual. Able to push along three pending Giannis redemptions to management for replacement of equal or greater value. Had multiple other $1-50 cards that are being replaced by Sparkle packs.

Whole process took less than 10 minutes. Cautiously optimistic!

Probably a good call for right now. Gotta think Giannis isn't signing anytime soon; and things could go way south if the NBA or NBA PA follow the NFL. Getting sparkle packs for the low-mid end auto's is good. Hope they take care of you.

I just extended waiting for a triple auto of Steph, Luka, and Trae from National Treasures... never hit a triple auto; and probably my biggest card ever. They are sticker autos, and all still like regular signers. It's been a year, but think it might still happen. Don't really want to be left holding the bag; but assume if it's replaced, it won't be a triple/dual; and likely won't be the same caliber.
