If this could turn back into a WWE Prizm discussion and not somebody's unwanted opinion HERE about F1 cards, that'd be ggggrrreeeeaaaattt.

Are you reading anything this guy is posting? You are just proving everything he says is 100% correct. People are not collecting F1. They are buying it as they see it as an investment they can make money on. People don't know or care about F1. They are buying it to make money. Doesn't mean it can't work. It has worked for a bunch of stocks I know that.

To be fair the whole "hobby" right now is pretty similar. I've said it a million times. 2018 the hobby was 98% collector 2% investor. Now it's 2% collector 98% investor. F1 is probably at least 99.5% investor.

I don't think anyone besides maybe the super rich are paying $1000 a box for WWE Prizm hobby boxes to rip and collect the cards. I don't think people bought WWE Prizm FOTL boxes for $1200-$1500 to rip to collect. They are buying it as an investment.

Thanks for your posts. I think you're basically spot on with everything you wrote.

Really curious how they already have this in hand as the only one. Unless they won it in the GPS Live break a few nights ago.

FOTL shipped. should be interesting to see how the parallels sell. on another note I don't understand why k13 comes here since I've seen many of his posts and he doesn't seem to genuinely enjoy anything

Any guesses on what the regular hobby will be listed for on Panini's website on Wednesday?

UFC "sold out" at $899 but I don't know if that sold out or they pulled it. I wasn't paying attention to when it went live vs. showed out of stock.

If that sold out at $899, that's 10% cheaper than Blowout's current pricing.

Over/Under $750 for WWE Prizm?

*unless it's been posted somewhere besides the Panini app and this is already known*

My LCS will have it at $850 pre-order, so that means it will be $875 - $900 in the shop after pre-orders are filled.

The sellers’ photo or scan sucks. Don’t see the point in being first to market while using an image that makes the card look pretty scratched up.

Between that and his 7-word description, he’s not doing himself any favors. Kinda forces potential buyers into making their own assumptions. Some people can’t seem to dedicate more than 2 minutes to a listing these days.

yeah noticed that the description i could care less about, but make sure its a good photo atleast front and back, however it will sell way to high first to market always wins

Anyone wanna guess what the "average" price for a Bron base RC will be after a full week of sales? $20? $50? $100.

I think this is a $50 base card and within 2 years will be no less than $100.

Feel like this could be an iconic card. Like if Topps Chrome debuted the same year Cena was a RC.

It all depends on Breaker... I think everyone is counting on him like he is a sure fire bet to be the next big star. The reality is this kid has all the tools but has been wrestling on TV less then a year. I have seen WWE blow this exact same story dozens of times over. Breaker is great no doubt but he is far from a finished product. He could be the next Cena or the next Karrion Kross. It's just way to early to tell with him. Although I do agree that out of the gate his cards will be the one to get and probably in that 50- 100 dollar range.

Am I crazy to think Gable Steveson will outsell Bron? This is Gable's first trading card. Hes a Gold Medalist, multiple time NCAA champ. If WWE doesn't work out for whatever reason, UFC will be there.

Gable in my opinion doesn't have a good look and doesn't throw it factor vide like Brock and Angle did in the past but i am hoping i am wrong . Bron has the look and legacy but is lacking the crowd interaction and still needs the seasoning in the ring.

Both are going to be given a chance so i hope that WWE can build up two new future stars.

As a huge amateur wrestling fan I hope Gable makes it. I personally think AJ Ferrari is going to be a better prospect though if he goes the WWE route.

Gable is a POS who dodged a rape case due to an insane Minnesota loophole

He didn't "dodge" it and didn't rape anyone. Try reading the actual facts before trying to smear his character

Steveson and Martinez were arrested in June on suspicion of criminal sexual conduct. They were released from jail without being charged, but the investigation remained open. Few details have been released in order to protect the victim, according to Freeman. He did say the Minneapolis sex crimes unit conducted a “very thorough” and “complete” investigation.

“In the interest of justice, there is inadequate evidence to fairly charge and prosecute this case,” he said on Dec. 20 in a press conference announcing the decision.

So let me spell it out clearer for you then:

"When speaking to the media, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman hinted that alcohol may have been involved. He also stated that under Minnesota’s current laws at the time on intoxication and a victim’s ability to give consent, Hennepin County Attorney’s Office “would restricted in how it could bring charges in the case”.

He later went one to state that “In neighboring Wisconsin, Freeman said, prosecutors have broad discretion to charge suspects who know or should know that someone's alcohol consumption can impair his or her ability to give consent. He said he and others have pushed Minnesota lawmakers to pass similar legislation but have been unsuccessful so far.”

So what's the law in your own state of Minnesota you ask?

"A person who is sexually assaulted while intoxicated isn't considered "mentally incapacitated" if he or she consumed alcohol or drugs voluntarily"

...and after protests, just last year, this loophole that helped him avoid charges, was repealed:

Try looking into the actual facts yourself before you blindly defend someone who doesn't even know you exist.
