It may seem like a case of "spitting the dummy", and I'd give them the opportunity to provide a statement as to why this was so poorly run to waste everybody's time, however, if they choose not to, or they don't have any reasonable explanation for this, then yeah, I think it's fair to simply stop supporting them.

It’s sad if this 1st off the line product would show up on the big sites/breakers on a heavily marked up price. This should be for the regular people that buy 1 or 2 boxes not bulk. This is lame!
