I've been quiet on this thread for a bit, but I also have some Yordan's. Enough that I have a good feel for what they are worth. I was set up with 8 tables at the Tampa Collector Con in December and another dealer came up with a decent 1/1 RC auto (I think from Tier One, maybe - definitely one of the ones where there were multiple 1/1 versions). I did a bit of research before making an offer. I was likely the only guy in the room that was a legit buyer for the card and made an offer in line with comps for one of the other 1/1's from the set that had sold. The seller had assumed the card was worth 4X that amount because he mostly did basketball and didn't understand the lack of correlation between the sports. Frustrating for me, but I could also tell that he was frustrated that it wasn't worth what he thought it would be. I probably have a dozen of the other Tier One autos for Yordan and would have liked to have this one to go with it, but couldn't make it happen.

Yeah, that black atomic dual auto PSA 10 would probably go for like $500 at auction, I'd think. It's got Bo, but it's also a double sticker, not a base set card...I don't think there's much room to go north of where you offered without just torching cash. And I'm all about torching cash for PC - I went way too deep on a few of my Heiskanen cards - but you have to know it going in.

Thanks guys. Eye and tyrith, had same comp price in mind. The raw dual auto /25 was a comp in mind from few months ago. I just have not been following Bichette prices recently. And even if I was 25% off seller minimum I would have agreed to more in a counter and overpaid some. But worst thing seller could have done was to insult me. Even a simple decline of offer I would have offered slightly higher on.

Oh well. Plenty other Yordan cards out there. Sometimes need to walk away.

Whoever bought the 2021 Topps Chrome Jersey number today congrats!!! I was sleeping again. Great card for that price!

I'm working on my flagship rainbow. If anyone has a clear 2020 please PM me.

I was considering going after that one too, but I already have a better centered gold that I got for $10 less so no biggie.

Would love to get a clear from 2020 flagship as well, but it's probably over my budget.

You can't beat that value for under $70, sweet pickup! Diamond Icons is still on my to get list.

I did pickup a pajama card today though for $80. Should have it by Saturday.

Awesome, congrats on the grade! It's one of my favorite Yordan cards, I feel it's underappreciated.

Hopefully I can grow it to a pop 2 this year, this one looks like it should gem:

Dang man, that's a beautiful card! I saw the population go up by one and was hoping it would be for sale shortly. That looks like a no.

The 2020 Superfractor tracker shows just over half the boxes being opened if it were perfect collation when looking at the odds. It'll take some of the rookies to do very well for more to be ripped. The box prices have settled between $450 and $600. If you have a team or player you collect, you cant lose grabbing any of the refractors. These will do well in the long term.

A .310/45/115 would do it...maybe. The biggest issue facing Yordan is the PSA deluge crushing his 2020 prices. Still, because of quantity, the dollars going towards that stuff is outrageous. His BCA is definitely up quite a bit even since the ALCS MVP.

The base card values are dead and are going to stay dead. The autos and high quality parallels...I own a decent slice, and you can see in this thread, but I'm not super optimistic about them long term. He's going to have to really perform to sustain his values. The two years older he is than Vlad Jr is a big deal.
