Topps fixed my cancellation and said it was because you can't have more than one account per household. I got my 2 boxes, but no more fun coupons for me it seems.

What do you expect? All Topps wants is for the product to be sold to bots now. Sometimes they don’t give a day for a product. They never give a time. Now this process of instantly canceling orders and Allowing at most one order per person/address is like Target used to be. Normal buyer 1 order at most. A single bot user can get hundreds. Bots get almost all of a product if they want it.

Although Topps never gives a time they are somewhat predictable. For days when there is only one product release on a Wednesday, 11:30 am EST seems to be very common. On days with multiple releases, they will begin at 10 am and then drop every hour for how many products they have that day.
