Lol at the sensitivity to insist my comments are prejudicial. My parents are both boomers. And they vastly agree with the comments I shared. They’re independents and easily notice the misguided views by older people and the unconscious bias towards minority players by many. Feel free to dismiss my comments as a hot take or bad, but the sensitivity shown demonstrates my point. Ronald should be free to play within reason without retaliation by an opposing pitcher. Making that an accepted position is ageism defacto. Plunking is like picking a fight and the one starting it is the guilty party not the one admiring a home run. Also, ageism is correct when referring to old traditions that you can’t seem to shake and proceed to take it to the grave.

But we’re way past the original point of just Snitker choosing to scapegoat Ron.

My last worthless opinion. Sorry to those offended.

I wouldn't worry about it. You might want to look at the person who made the comment's other posts. It's a pretty good example of the pot calling the kettle black.

Robert has played 25. And yes, it's nearly the exact same team. He's taken an up and rising playoff team and turned them into a division leader in the weakest division in baseball and their only projected competition is a dumpster fire.

So basically 2/3 of their starting OF has missed roughly 100 games and it’s basically the exact same team? I also never said LaRussa deserves all the credit. You either struggle with reading comprehension, can’t read, or put words in people’s mouths to try to force your point home. Look in the thread when he got hired everyone was laughing that the old white archaic boozy geezer was a terrible fit and the Sox would regress. 25-5 against the bottom 5 teams in the AL certainly helps. 15-15 against teams .500 or better. And you are the one that said everyone was laughing at him and are using Eloy and Luis being out to justify that LaRussa is the reason they've stayed on top. But I'm done talking about non-Acuna stuff here.
