If you go through eBay, the return is always Ground Advantage. This is one thing that would be hugely helpful if they fixed.

The OP is correct though. The seller should just refund and not bother with the return.

Wow....had no idea. I just refund any valid complaints for damage or non-delivery and file for the PIP insurance....and those are few and far between over the 5+ years the ESE program has been going....maybe 25 claims out of 20K+ shipped.

Just had my first return to sender in 3 years. No idea why it was returned. Weird thing is that it showed delivered! Drove it straight back to my local post office and they are re-sending it. They couldn’t tell my why it was returned to sender and also delivered.

I haven't had many either, but if it's a $15 or $20 card or the buyer is just being a baby, I'll have them send it back.

Do what you want with this:

Buyer on Mercari RaiderD (probably on ebay with something similar, heck probably here)

Seems this one tries to pull one over when the ESE/PWE tracking doesn't update on his timeline.

bought from me on the 11th. Yesterday tried to file a return or missing mail, all while the tracking showed delivered. I went through his feedback, and as a buyer is pulling this over and over. Enough sellers were able to post feedback that he tried to cancel after delivery or after mailing or tried to say it wasn't delivered at all, while it was.

Please send me a dm of buyer ID , name and address. I have a data base of these clowns I have in EXCEL so if one creates a new ID I can report them.

Where do I go to claim PIP insurance? I've already refunded 3 buyers, can I still get it?

I believe you have 90 days to claim using the link posted above....after that you would be SOL.

I read that eBay makes people wait 30 days to file. Is that true or can I file immediately after I refund someone?

Can someone post a picture of their ESE label? My scan rates are not great. The initial always scans, but the delivered seems to be less than half. I'm wondering if the label is too small?

I have a question about Top Rated Seller Plus listings. First of all, am I able to get the final value discount just only offering 1 day handling, without having to allow free returns? Also, is there some sort of badge offered and is it worth it to go for it?

All I sell on eBay is collectible cards, non-sport and sport cards. I do not offer returns and I do get the TRS discount, but I do not get the badge. I don't need no stinkin' badges.

I don't have a picture to post, but I use a #10 envelope and print directly on the envelope. no issues.

No picture to post, but I use a #6 envelope for most of my ESE shipments and cut the shipping label from a sheet of paper....2 labels per sheet. The labels are roughly 5 1/2" by 2 1/2" and when taped to the envelope it leaves about 1/2" border around the label on all 4 sides. No problems to speak of, and for about the past month the tracking has improved with almost all getting scanned all the way to "delivered".

Yes, you need to allow a minimum 30 day free returns and there is a badge that depends on your feedback score. That wasn't a big issue for me since buyers can still force a return even if you say no returns. Does suck paying $5 for someone to return a card you sent with ESE though, but it didn't happen often.

Have a new "item not received issue" I've never experienced before.

Buyer just made the claim and when I first clicked on it the page said it had never shipped. However, at the bottom it shows that it has been delivered and the "trackmyshipment" link has the full shipping details showing it was delivered in 4 days.

Any advice on how to proceed? I already sent the buyer the "trackmyshipment" link.

IMO the badge isn't worth it, although I've never had the badge.

I offer 1 day handling on my Ground Advantage items ($20+), but forgo the 1% discount with 5 day handling on my ESE items.
