Upper Deck allows this to happen so nothing we can do about it. No other way to get hobby boxes besides LCS's which will charge whatever they want, and then Upper Deck will just follow along with E-Pack. Just have to stick with retail

That sucks that some LCS are gonna gouge prices. I've got a store and we've been buying hockey heavily for years so our allocations our strong. It's pure greed to price gouge when you know you've got multiple cases of hobby coming in. I have a few guys that are in for a case right away but otherwise we typically just follow online pricing and go a little cheaper than Dave and Adams.

When I went to the US, Ice Hockey was by far the best sport. It doesn't come close as a spectacle.

Going to Barclays with 500 people to watch the Isles...so much fun.

NBA is boring as batshit. The worst of sports. NFL and MLB are great too, but not as fun as Hockey.

NBA sucks, the first 45 minutes dont matter and the last 3 minutes turn into a 30 minute free throw shooting contest.

That being said, Bedard has looked pretty invisible the last couple games (Vegas, Boston). Teams with good defenses are just keying on him and neutralizing him pretty well.

Had an amazing goal last night that was challenged by Boston on a BS offsides call - was too close to really tell and they called the play offsides -

Bedard's shot was a laser beam that beat the goalie clean - kid has quick hands

Teams are doing exactly what they should do with Bedard. No space. Get physical. Shade towards him on the PK. Blackhawks have had murder schedule and they've just been suffocated. less than 25 shots per 60 I think. Bad on the PP.

Bedard will be fine. And he's not actually been that bad given age/team. He's just not scoring 3 a game where a casual may expect him to be and the media has pumped him to be. With nothing around him it's going to take a bit.
