Accepting offers on the final spots.

A few points though:

1. People already in the break - especially people who claimed a full price - will get more weight.
2. People offering on multiple spots will also have more weight.
3. You can have the higher offer and still have someone else's offer accepted based on 1 & 2.
4. I may choose to eat the spot.
