let him be a pitcher, his elbow his choice. The Angels aren't paying him much in salary money. I think he's making a little over $600,000 this year. I believe its a 4 year deal.

I just don’t think it’s that big of a problem yet. I get it’s not ideal, but he just turned 25 and he would still be 25 when entering next season. It just doesn’t make sense to give up on someone so quickly. He will finish DH’ing this year and be able to have a good offseason as well as a normal spring training. It sucks but that’s sports.

Shohei back in the lineup, DH batting 4th.
Fletcher-Trout-Rendon-Ohtani is a pretty scary 1-4 lineup.

Ohtani doesn't seem phased by his latest injury.

Didn't he have a multi HR game in 2018 after he was told he needed Tommy John? Think it was in Texas.

Definitely confusing. It's nice to have investments in a guy that when he gets hurt he ends up playing in MORE games than he would have than if he stayed healthy the whole time.

The most talented player in baseball. If only his arm could stay healthy and we could see him pitch and hit for a full season

Are we not gonna pump until his next pitching outing? We have all agreed hes a good hitter. And hes fun to watch. But when is his next 3 inning outing? Without pitching hes Max Muncy DH

There are the same people that insist on sucking on sour grapes and taking every negative perspective. We understand your position, no need to repeat your same old rhetoric everytime the thread is bumped.

Just enjoy the man for what he's contributing on the baseball field. Great homer!
