Any chance people could order them by calling their CS instead? I didn't but I didn't know if that was an option. Was refreshing on a phone app and web and never had it come up except coming soon, broken or sold out.

Yep. Same here. After showing coming soon for 20 minutes it just changed to sold out. I would say these guys couldn't run a lemonade stand, but they did just get a bunch of adults to spend twenty minutes lining up for this stuff like we were Schwarzenneger in Jingle all the way and our kid had to have this toy, except were the pathetic kids!

Just deleted the Panini app as clearly there is no reason to have it.

The only way to solve this problem for Panini is to offer a max of 2 boxes and then cancel repeat orders going to the same address.
